McDonald's — Restaurant in Harborough

So it's not the first time I go to this McDonald's. And almost every time I go they forget something.. And I don't feel like I have to check my order as thats why there are so many employees working in there.. But everytime I pull up their always to busy chatting about personal life with a drink in their hand.. Rather then putting their focus on the customers.. And the attitude we'll don't get me started.. So only yesterday I went there about 11 pm and ordered a cheese burger meal and a cheesy with bacon meal only to find out when I got home they forgot one of my kids chips.. She didn't go without as I gave my chips.. Its upsetting as they never get the payment wrong but yet there's almost always something missing on the order.. But now next time I go there if I go there.. I'm gonna perusely check my food item by item while I'm sat at the drive through while I'm taking my time doing so.. So to the people behind me a massive apology but I'm sick and tired of been taken for a mug and it's not just this one time it been plenty of times I've had to go back and ask them for the missing items.. So to all the management...

Dirty restaurant and slow service. No toilet paper in the ladies’ toilets, dirty floors and taps, with barely any soap left. Whole restaurant area grubby - no paper condiment cups and ketchup/bbq sauce smears all over the bin lids/recycling station. Tables and chairs dirty - screens for ordering filthy, fingerprints all over them. Floors dirty with fries/lettuce/crumbs. Told staff re no toilet paper and no condiment cups - but, on visiting toilet again 40 mins later, there was still no paper. Staff gave me ketchup sachets with a shrug “paper cups on order, we’ve run out.” Staff wandering slowly wandering around and taking orders outside as slowly as it seemed possible to walk - no basic manners or concern except chatting in the kitchen area. Food was of usual standard, except for the bacon in the Big Tasty, which was similar in taste and texture to cardboard. In contrast to other restaurants recently visited, (Wigston and Fosse Park) which were spotlessly clean and staff friendly and helpful. Will not be returning...

Visited in on the 8th July to treat the kids and sat inside. Ordered food via the app for table service at 18.33. A total of 5 meals ordered. At 19.00hrs no food had arrived. Spoke to a female "white shirt" manager and enquired on how long and was abruptly told "We are busy" and she walked off. No apology. It got really busy but everyone got served before we did. It was beyond a joke. 40 MINUTES and I had enough and went to speak to another "supervisor" who was the complete opposite of the first. She apologised, the food arrived moments later with complimentary McFlurry's for dessert. Service recovered. But we were there in total for 70 minutes. This is not the first time this has happend. A few weeks ago I waited 45 minutes for a click and collect. This is honestly the worst McDonalds for wait times. If you visit this place go to the drive-thru because their focus is meeting the drive-thru targets times only. But in all honestly I don't think we will go...
