If anyone was is looking for an Indian takeaway or sit in meal then I promise you this is the place to go, we moved here 2 years ago and I swear you I will never eat at another Indian restaurant again, I will also never order a takeaway from anywhere apart from here! The food is absolutely unbelievable and the staff are amazing, attentive, helpful and friendly, I cannot fault this place in anyway shape or form, everything about Indian moments is absolute perfection, if you are looking for either and nice meal for 2, a family meal or a party then do not look further than here, and if you decide to chose another Indian after reading this review then I’m sorry but you are stupid. I will forever sing Indian Moments praises because I absolutely love this place, I have honestly tried every single Indian restaurant in Harlow and hand on heart there isn’t a better Indian here, even in Essex, this is 10000% the best. Everything about it from walking in the door, atmosphere, food, drink, tables, chairs, EVERYTHING is bang on, hand on heart this is absolutely perfect for any occasion!!!! It has actually got to a point where me and my partner don’t just crave or fancy an ‘Indian’ we actually crave and fancy INDIAN MOMENTS, seriously I could talk able this place all night!!!!! Thank you for such amazing food and service guys, me and my family love it and will continue to return, even if we live an hour away, we will not ever go anywhere else! See you...
Read moreIf I could leave 0 stars I would. Me and my family have been going to this restaurant for around 10 years if not longer and we have experienced a few problems here but the most recent has settled our minds that we will NEVER return. We booked a table on New Years Day for 4 people and when we turned up the restaurant was empty and on the door was a waiter called Rob and there was no smile no welcome nothing. The first thing he said was that we close at 2:30 we arrived at 1:30 after confirming this over the phone. We said yeah we are aware of the closing time to which he stared blankly at us and walked us over to the table. My dad asked if he had had a bad day as he did not look very happy and did not make us feel welcome at all and all he said was well we close at 2:30 So. At this point we decided we would leave as clearly he did not want us there. We have had problems before where I have requested a bottle of champagne to be left on the table for my dad's birthday and chosen the £39.95 bottle however when receiving the Bill they had given us a bottle of Don Perion which is a £140 bottle of champagne!! It's safe to say we will NEVER...

I mentioned this to our waiter who was not interested and told me I ordered the ‘wrong dish’. It was a chicken tikka masala, that tasted like sweet and sour chicken from a Chinese. Oh and then following our complaint we were provided with a bill for £128 No reduction even though no one of our party of 4 ate main meal. I did not feel welcome after we raised issues. IF I WERE YOU I...
