I order my off just eats which is why i cant give any stars for atmosphere because I've never actually been there myself, but the food is absolutely phenomenal.

I usually go for the same with some switch ups at times half pound burger with the salad added in maybe with some extras at times, a hotdog and usually curry and chips or if i want to pig out, ill add in ben and jerry's cookie dough ice cream and the banana fritter and maybe a cheeky battered mars bar as well. most of the food on the menu is worth the price on just eats with the small nit-pick of mine being adding onions and ketchup is 20p each onto a hotdog when that should really be the standard for a hotdog. waiting for upwards of an hour for my food to be delivered is always worth the wait but i typically get it within 30mins and it always comes hot. never had an issue with my orders or what i want to buy which is a huge plus as well.

the food its self is better than most chip shop places in terms of what you can buy as well as the pricing and how rich a lot of the food tastes compared to usually cheaply bought food that other chip shops in the area of haven't and leigh park do however im not able to tell if they add seasoning to their food or not. i think the only thing I've had that i didn't personally think was all that great was the jacket potato, chips and beans with cheese from there. tastes a little rubbery when you get it delivered and the bean juice dries a bit too quick which makes the food not that enjoyable to eat.

in terms of service, the food is worth the wait for me in my opinion because you can tell they take good care with the food they sell and make sure that it's of good quality and a decently high standard of quality for how much you pay for it.

Pretty poor service and food to be honest with you. I've ordered from here twice before mainly burger and chips, twice the burger has unsettled my stomach but I gave the place the benefit of the doubt. My girlfriend ordered tonight via just eat, the food took roughly two hours to get here. It got to the point where she just cancelled the order before it arrived and was going to refund it. Eventually the delivery guy dropped it off and hour after she cancelled, I'm currently working remotely from home doing late shifts. Pretty much an hour after the delivery the delivery guy comes back demanding money for an order that was cancelled. The order was cancelled a long time before it was delivered and they should of seen this. What happened next really concerned me, the delivery guy asked my girlfriend to get in the car with him, one not only is that really weird and two pretty stupid considering we're still dealing with COVID-19. During this I was working upstairs unaware of the situation, I understand misunderstandings can happen but the actions of your driver are unacceptable. We've been in contact with just eat who compensated the restaurant for the cancelled order and then my girlfriend gave the driver another full payment for the order as she felt scared by him. Order food at 5:40, with a delivery time of 1hr 45 mins. At 8pm still had not arrived, so tried to call but continuously engaged. Decided to drive to shop, where 5 people were trying to fulfils the orders, carrier bags full of orders adorned the counter. Was told they had lots of orders so reason they were running late. When asked why they had not informed me, they said they dont have time to contact all the customers. They prepared my order whilst I stood there so if I hadn't gone to shop, goodness knows when I would have got my order. I understand that its good business to home an online ordering service with £2 charge delivery, but you need to ensure you can meet the needs of your customers before offering this service. Contacted the company that had e-mailed the details with order number & they were going to investigate. Not heard anything back & this was 5 days ago. No offer of getting delivery charge back.
