Dear USA Chicken Team, I’m writing to express my extreme disappointment following today’s (April 27, 2025) order from your Lee Park branch (11 Park Parade, Leigh Park, Havant, PO9 5AA). The pizza we received was not just substandard — it was an insult to the very concept of pizza. Flat, dry, flavorless, and utterly unrecognizable. After a long, difficult day, this experience managed to make things significantly worse rather than better, causing genuine upset and frustration. At the very least, I expected a meal worth eating. Instead, I’m left with emotional distress, wasted money, and serious doubts about your branch’s quality control. I’ve always ordered from USA and never had a problem but since the new owners have taken over it seems to have gone right down hill. Ordered meat and chips tonight with garlic mayo (which I have always had no problems) and the mayo was really diluted and looked like white water on my meat and chips and had no flavour at all just tasted like cheese tbh🤢.
