Lovely food had the bacon & egg sandwich-made just how i like it egg sunny side up and runny then the next day had a lovely bacon and egg with hash brown bagel 🥯 😋 it was delicious- they also offer vegan options too which is fab - staff extremely present and lovely very welcoming and you may not know it but they have outdoor seating out the back they can take you too which is a lovely little sun trap 😀 Will definately be back in again on my next visit down...

Lovely to see that this place is flourishing and also take card payments now. We've heard how it changed management and that the food is superb so we had to try it ourselves. Did not disappoint! Dog friendly. Massive portions are very good value and drinks are included. Everything was freshly cooked and tasted amazing. Will be coming back. Owners and service were lovely.

In Hayling Island with my husband and daughter for a few days and was looking for a proper cafe to go to for breakfast. We had a Google and decide on here, we were not disappointed.
