Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Hertsmere

Popped in an bought a drink and asked for the restroom. The young lady behind the counter then came out with the most ridiculous sentence I have ever heard she said ' the toilets are only open from 12pm ' I couldn't believe what was coming out from her mouth.

I took my drink and asked the receptionist a few steps down and they provided me with the information and just to be sure I asked them if the toilets have operational hours and they laughed with me.

I hope the service staff reads this with embarrassment and thinks next time she want to babble foolishness. I was willing to give her a few words but saved her blushes as the shop...

I don't come here often but I will say the staff are always so lovely, friendly, welcoming and despite it only being a small Starbucks it's big on personality as everyone's just so nice!
