Greggs — Restaurant in Hinckley and Bosworth

I am vegetarian and I was served a corned beef pastie and ate a bite too.

I am normally quite a handful but this day I was fasting all day and I was super tired. The ignorance towards the seriousness of the issue just made me feel like reacting to it will paint me as the bad person.

The staff just shrugged it off as nothing when I ordered a vegetarian pastie it was even wrapped up in the hot light in the wrong section. I understand mistakes happen but this is simply a mistake that can not happen by any means. However the way the situation was dealt was actually disgusting. I felt sick the rest of the day.

Can't fault this Greggs at all. If you fancy something that's not available due to not being cooked, they'll put some in the ovens for you. If the wait is quite a considerable amount of time, they will offer you a free sweet treat or drink which is really kind. I've tried the Greggs in Hinckley Town Centre and they're just not as helpful...

Terrible branch. Been today, the pizzas tasted stail, I had literally near the last few items on the counter! There were only a couple of pasties left! NO sausage rolls cooked! Customers were walking out because there wasn't any food ready! Will NOT be returning! I would be looking into how the staff run your shop if I owned it!...
