Came on Saturday and everything was perfect. Came back the next day and asked for the same breakfast as the day before. Was told they only did set breakfasts and not variations as she couldn't cope. We explained that we didn't want a variation we just didn't want the bacon and egg on the plate. We we're chastised and told that it wasn't the Ritz. Very rude and unprofessional beaviour. Always looking for somewhere new, nothing big and corporate. This was one of those quirky small business tea rooms that also cater for Gluten free diets. Within the garden centre called Big Plant Nursery ltd here in Hole south of Ashington we have passed this without knowing many times so today made that effort. Happened to drive past this and noticed the sign on the way home, popped back the next day with my dog and was not disappointed. Lovely little garden centre full of tropical and interesting plants, making it more interesting than a normal garden centre. It's dog friendly and I had a delicious homemade cheese scone with chutney and cream cheese along with an iced coffee which was very reasonably priced and the cafe staff were very helpful...
