Decided to update my review following it just getting progressively worse.
Where do I start other than, do not, and I mean DO NOT ORDER or visit. The management either needs to be sacked or overhauled if not the branch shut down. Oh also, gave one star on just eat, yet viewing the review after on the page its bumped it up to 3 stars, it's frankly deceiving customers on reality.
In the past numerous problems, to the point where I had to go into the branch to get the correct order after arguing with the staff for 5 minutes. If you order through just eat, forget the refund, save yourself the money.
Today's order, absolutely horrific, inedible, I will list it top to bottom.
Zinger stacker - patty missing, the whole burger was just tossed in the box more sauce in the box than the burger, just poor.
10pc boneless banquet- all 10 pices of chicken, overcooked, dry, chewy and just very very poor quality, not to mention seasoning that didn't even look like kfc seasoning. Local chippy or chicken shop would serve up something better.
Popcorn chicken - about the only thing that was semi decent and not messed up.
Fries - oh god the fries, undercooked and still raw in the middle, tasted like the paper bag they came in ( but not due to the bag). Oh the signature seasoning ? Nowhere in sight.
Gravy and coleslaw- yeah funny that, missing.
Pepsi bottle - made sure to tick Pepsi max and got diet. Seriously how difficult can it be to pick up the right bottle ?
Reported to corporate via email as this is not the first time, frankly going to this kfc just makes you feel like you're getting scammed out of your money. I hope to god this management is either fired and replaced or place gets shut down.
Normally I wouldn't dare knocking minimum wage workers, but what they do to food is criminal and paying them below the minimum wage is even a far fetch. And normaly I don't condone staff abuse, but in this case if they get any, it's well deserved after what they do to your food.

Read moreI am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment following an appalling experience at your KFC branch in Huntingdon yesterday evening.
My family and I dined in and placed our order via the self-service screens at the entrance. We ordered two Large Zinger Tower Meals and one Large Kids Chicken Burger Meal. What we received, however, was an absolute shambles.
Every single meaning arrived incorrectly. The kids' meal was served in a small size, despite us ordering large and paying for it. We received standard chicken burgers instead of the Zinger Tower burgers. The entire experience was made worse by a combination of visibly inexperienced staff and a completely disengaged manager – if one was even present at all.
Upon pointing out the mistakes, we were fobbed off with a vague excuse about “issues with the screens”. I find that completely unacceptable – if your screens are not working correctly, you should not be charging customers through them. I paid £36, and what we ended up with was three pitiful chicken burgers, no resolution, no real apology, and not a shred of accountability from anyone.
To add insult to injury, we were forced to pay extra just to get a drink for our daughter because the staff refused to acknowledge the error properly. Any attempt to get an explanation or fair treatment was met with defensive and unhelpful replies. Quite frankly, it feels like staff do whatever they please, and there is no authorityu or customer care in place whatsoever.
Let me be clear – I am not chasing a refund. I simply expected to receive what I paid for and to be treated with basic courtesy and competence. Instead, this experience was an embarrassment to your brand and I will be taking this further with Consumer Rights and all relevant bodies.
I strongly suggest that KFC Huntingdon is thoroughly reviewed and inspected, both in terms of staff training and management oversight. It is unacceptable for a national food chain to be run in this manner.
I will not be returning and I will be advising others to avoid this...
Read moreTerrible service. Will not be returning. Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru. Other than being very slow all was fine until collection window. Customer in car infront was handed incorrect food multiple times and got quite annoyed, also had to tell the server not to repackage the food given to him by mistake due to covid. I then went to the window, I was handed the wrong order. The server had no clue what I ordered and the supervisor had to get involved. I tried to give the order back but the server just stood and looked at me. Once he had taken it he put it aside as it was unable to be used, I then saw another member of staff pick the bag up and reuse the food I had just handled when checking my order. I was eventually given the correct order and not offered any dips etc as stated to come with my meal. I then sat at the window waiting for my drink, the server just stood and fumbled with his hands, the supervisor eventually realised I was still waiting and asked the server why. The server then turned round and finally asked why I was still there. I stated it was to get my drink....he had no idea what it was. Will definitely not be returning. As I was leaving I saw the customer infront of me returning to the store as his order was still wrong. Food I received was unceremoniously dumped in a box. Chips were cold and stale, chicken was chewy not crispy, I wouldn't be surprised if it had been reused from another order. I am fully aware staffing/training can be difficult due to the pandemic but there was absolutely no apology for this...
