Lovely atmosphere,staff friendly. Food was a let down,starter was overcooked and was just plonked in the middle of the plate with no finesse.Ordered a noodle main course with chicken,noodles were cut into small pieces and the small amount of chicken that there was ,was overcooked and hard,reminded me of super noodles with a chilli kick.Cant understand why noodles were chopped into small pieces. Half the things on the menu were not available even though it was early evening. Ordered hot chocolate to finish instead of dessert and they had to go out and buy the milk !! This place should be really good, but at best it's average. I've been a few times and the experience is always the same. Long waits, tables left uncleared, have to 'catch their eye' to ask for cutlery, another drink, a missing order, the bill. Food is tasty (especially the curries), but often served luke warm, which you put up with because you know it will take ages for it to be heated up.

It's a shame because all of that could be simply solved by having more staff - those that are there are working super hard and friendly - but are rushed...

I don't receive any email notification at all apart from order confirmation when I made my order. That is why I was wondering and sending few emails after a week, which I never got any reply until 19 Aug.. Anyway, it is now clear as you have now clarified.
