AVOID AVOID AVOID!! There are lots of lovely Italian restaurants in the area, this is absolutely NOT one of them, We were a pre booked well in advance table of 15. We were seated at 18:30. One waitress was left to serve the entire restaurant. She was clearly out of her depth and struggling with the drinks orders. They were not correct when they arrived. It took forever to order food, and at this point I made her aware my son and I needed to leave around 20:00. My son ordered pizza and a side of fries. and I ordered from the 2 course set menu, which was £17.95 for a main and dessert. I ordered a tagliatelle dish with Italian sausage and homemade pesto, My sons pizza arrived our an hour after we’d sat down, by this time I’m clock watching. He had nearly finished his pizza, no sign of the fries, and no sign of my dinner at all. Meals were served sporadically and some had finished well before others mains had even turned up to the table. My meal arrived at 19:51. Nearly an hour and a half after being seated. What turned up was a small serving of tagliatelle swimming in a greasy pesto. Literally swimming, and I counted 3 small pieces of Italian sausage which was rubbery and tasteless. The whole dish was bland and greasy. The pizza was also swimming in grease, a puddle on the top and when my son picked up a slice everything fell off the dough, including the sauce. There was a chap in a shirt and I’d made him and the waitress aware sometime earlier we needed to leave around 20:00. As he brought my meal over I had to ask for the bill at the same time. I couldn’t take advantage of the meal deal as I’d been left no time to eat mains, let alone dessert. I ended up paying £15,95 for a small bowl of bland pasta swimming in a greasy pesto. My son’s fries didn’t arrive at the table until nearly 20:00. Pointless by this time and I refused them. The chap in the shirt made a big deal about them being on the house. We couldn’t eat them anyway, and he knew we had to leave. It was a completely chaotic experience and it’s clear they were massively understaffed and a kitchen who don’t understand Italian cuisine, it tasted nothing like authentic Italian food. It’s like they saw an opportunity to open a restaurant as the premises are ideal, but they literally have never done this before and don’t have a clue how to run a restaurant. I left hungry and feeling completely ripped off. Would never go back. Please don’t waste your time or money here. A...

First time eating here, and it was quite an experience. After reading the reviews, we’ve booked a table for 2 in the next half hour, we were in the area and decided to go for a meal last minute. The atmosphere was nice, we were greeted and welcomed, seemed like a good start to a lovely evening. The trouble started with the starters when I bit into a piece of a bone in my bruschetta (luckily I own a good set of teeth, so i managed to split that small piece of a bone without chipping any of my teeth 😅) When mains arrived, the first thing I’ve noticed was that my meal was missing the asparagus ( I’ve ordered salmon with prawns and asparagus). I moved the salmon with my fork, hoping I’d discover the missing asparagus under it, and a horrible smell of an off fish hit my nose! I asked my husband to confirm the salmon was not good by cutting into it (and almost gagging at this point as the smell got released even more!) A gentleman (possibly could’ve been the owner) asked if everything was okay, smelled my plate, and instantly removed it off the table, away from me, saying salmon was fresh that morning. He said it’ll be taken off the bill. My starter has also been kindly taken off the bill due to a bone discovery. So we’ve paid for my husband’s meal and our drinks and left the premises. My husband said his food was not great but at least it was edible, what a lucky devil! 😁 Looking at some reviews, quite tempted to give the place a second chance, to rectify their mistakes. Definitely wouldn’t be going for salmon though next time 🙈

Sorry, Little Italy, but only 1 star, which feels fair based on all...

We visited tonight booked a table in advance, there was eight of us so was seated separately at the top of the restaurant.. service was polite whilst ordering drinks.. ordered food and three of us ordered starters which came after some time however one was missing so we asked for this to be taken off the bill after waiting at least 30 mins which was said to have been done. Then questioned about the mains as I had two very hungry children. Was told they were ready and would be out straight away.. after another ten mins wait the lady approached us and apologised that our meals had been prepared but somehow gone to other tables so did offer us all a complimentary drink for this which we appreciated. The meals then came after another 20 mins wait at this point we’d been there an hour and 45 minutes. The order came and one was wrong they brought calzone we explained we didn’t order this and was greeted with “you did” we said no carbonara… this was then brought out but after a wait and was a very small portion compared to the other adult pasta meals. Mine bolognese was very bland had to add lots of salt and pepper. We was also asked if we’d like to see the dessert menu before we even got our mains..the chef towards the end came out shouting at the pizza chef that he was leaving and finished “gone!!” we wouldn’t recommend or...

Well what can I say but absolutely lovely as we entered on the off chance of a table for 2 on a Sunday afternoon we was met by a very welcoming Gentleman who asked if we had reserved we said No but he informed us that they had lots of room available as the early bird rush was coming to and end so he showed us to our table he then brought over the specials board and reeled them off and I could easily have had them all 😉 we then choose 2 dishes the Pollo Diavola and the traditional lasagne with of course a side of Garlic Bread with Cheese wow really nice and after we had the most amazing Honey Comb Cheese Cake with Ice Cream or Gelato i can honestly say if you haven't tried it book a table and Go and we will back real soon thank you

Sadly, not there yer. The food looked impressive, but really lacked any real flavour, the salmon pasta was very bland indeed. The staff were nice enough but were either new or not that experienced, dropping cutlery all over the place, reaching in over guests to serve to the opposite side of the table, and asked if the food was OK 7 times during the meal. The red wine was notvat room temperature (stone cold) and the bill added up incorrectly. All in all, £80. 2 x 2 courses for 2 adults. 1 child's meal and a medium merlot. The deserts need a special mention though. They were epically good. Overall, Top end price, for average food.

First time and definitely not the last! Service could have done with a bit of a bump, but it was solid, and it felt like still finding feet a little with decor... ..but food was frankly superb - Diavola Pizza was insane, super light and fluffy base with amazing cheesyness going on; Rib Eye was cooked to perfection (medium rare on rare side as requested) with great peppercorn sauce! Very well cheffed guys! Didn't do 'before' pics of food, so empty pizza plate to gaze at
