Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I ordered a takeaway in person having chosen the restaurant based on good reviews. When I walked in there was a warm welcome and nice ambiance so I thought it was promising, but sadly the food was pretty bad. I ordered a vegetable korai and chapattis, which according to the menu should have been a "flavourful dish created using the chefs specially prepared karai spices cooked with fresh pieces of capsicum and onions to give a flavoursome finish. Specially served in piping hot wok". I appreciate that you don't get the wok with a takeaway! But the insinuation is that it is a freshly cooked dish, and what I received was the usual overcooked, oily, reheated rubbish that is churned out by many a mediocre takeaway. Very sad to write this as I'm a huge fan of good independent restaurants, but it was a...

I visited Parmers Indian Restaurant & Bar this evening, went for my birthday meal Sonny and his wife's service was excellent, as was Sonny's dad and uncle top chefs, made us all feel very welcome, these people know very well how to run a business treated with courtesy and respect on entry, the food here is so nice and fresh everything is immaculate, were else would you want to go for an Indian? There is only one place and that is right here at Parmers Indian & Restaurant & Bar highly recommended to anyone who is looking to try something new, we will be back at some point in the future Sonny and the rest of the staff for sure thank you for a memorable...

Was looking forward to coming to parmars after I read reviews.. but alas was disappointed!!! Tables not ready, had to ask for plates, ran out of food, no napkins, had to ask for orders to be taken as waiting for 15 mins.. customer service was poor.. food was average.. Naan was the he beat naan I’ve ever had!!! someone who previously sat at the table, had done a green spit in the napkin and was left on the table,we told them, but wasn’t until she took order 15 mins after sitting down was it removed.. I’m still here waiting for there to be a saving grace, but so far...

Had a fantastic time at Parmars last night for my birthday. They made me feel very special. When we arrived they had happy birthday banners up & balloons, the food was fantastic & service absolutely great. They then took it upon themselves at the end of the meal to sing happy birthday with complimentary chocolate brownie. Such thoughtfulness & we all enjoyed the whole evening. Thank you Parmars !

We really enjoyed our Friday night visit here. It was very busy and therefore obviously very popular with the locals. Overall we couldn't find fault other than the kitchen forgot our starters and my Jalfrezi should have been a little bit hotter in spice. To be honest it did us a favour as we struggled to eat all of our mains. The service was excellent, very friendly and attentive throughout.
