Pizza Place — Restaurant in Kirklees

I accidentally gave the delivery driver an extra £20 as I was rushing for my son as he was crying I had £50 in my pocket bang on food was like £28 and I gave the full 50 thinking it was 30 and told him to keep the change then reslising I’d given the £50 when the other takeaway come for my mum I phone up they told me call back tomorrow for some wierd reason phoned next day man on the phone was rude then also didn’t know what I was on about then all of a sudden said he didn’t get no extra £20 so I just left it couldn’t be bothered arguing pretty sure they would have made more money from me in the long run rather that take the £20 and not be honest but dare and square was my own silly mistake but won’t be ordering from here anymore...

I can’t believe how they just dealt with me! Went inside made my order paid for it, waited for it & a very nice man brought it out to me in my car. Got home realised no salad, minor but my chilli cheese nuggets was not there! Called them to tell them, whoever picked up the phone is RUDE! He said he had no idea what I was on about next time I’m passing call in & I’ll get some! When I said no I’d like them now he say to come bk! Erm no my food will be cold can you not drop them to me I’m round the corner, he said again don’t know what I’m talking about & put the phone down on me! Customer service was terrible! Seriously why do these people bother?? I ordered directly from their website so they would benefit from have the full money for their work and not have to give any to Just Eat. What do they do? Put my order on the back burner and prioritise Just Eat, so why bother? I should have just ordered through Just Eat at least I could have got my money back as the food was dreadful!

The chips were stale and the donner meat was cold and stale it just had to be binned disgusting.
