Lovely place and very child friendly! I personally had some time to kill after a hospital visit to whiston hospital. Notice the place looked lovely on the outside, tables both outside (at the rear) and inside. Decided to walk there and kill some time. Ordered a starter and a main, both very quick to the table(seriously quick)... Very astute staff, lovely food and a great atmosphere!! Went to park up, man from upstairs balcony shouted you can't park there very arrogantly, they have an issue with people parking there and going the hospital but we had come from the hospital for a few drinks on way back, was meeting someone in there who had just ordered we cancelled the order and went a better pub down the road (The Rocket) will never go back...

Good value menu. Presentation of the food was excellent and the steak was one of the best I have had. The starters are good also.
