The Shore Cafe — Restaurant in Lancaster

Absolutely disgusting! This place should be shut down!

We went there for a spot of lunch and noticed that a man sat in the cafe had his dog sat on his knee, eating directly from his plate on the table.

At first, I thought that the staff were unaware of this but then they came over to chat to the man, who is obviously a regular customer, and then brought the dog a plate of milk to lick...from the table again.

Since when has it been acceptable to have a dog sat on your knee in a cafe...worse still, eating food from the table and the same plates that people have to eat from!

This will be the last time that I will ever go near this place and I hope they get a visit from the...

I have been a few times for a coffee outside but sat inside this time for a coffee and toasted teacake. The teacake was ok but probably the worst quality I have ever had and the decor is dated inside as is the cutlery etc but as long as you know that it's ok for a brew.

Original Review* Only had a coffee sat outside, but nice chilling outside in a nice location, slightly confusing trying to explain I wanted a white coffee not milky as only milky coffee or black coffee on menu, but...

My humans planned a break away and my Grandpaw made sure we stopped halfway for snacks and a run on the beach. I was treated by a lovely lady who said take a seat have a look at the menu, she was great and called me King Jasper !!!. My humans had a fantastic breakfast my Dad and Grandpaw had the big breakfast bap and a side of chips, they looked like they enjoyed as they didn't share any and ate it all.
