The village pub where locals get together and visitors are made welcome. Retaining a lot of its original character as the railway station pub. Serving good wholesome meals and a variety of real ales, ciders and larger, served by attentive, friendly and welcoming staff. It is the Village communal pub.

The perfect pub! The beer is great, food is amazing and at a great price, service is great and very friendly. We are on holiday and already eaten 3 meals here, and they have all been great flavours/quantity- We just wish it was much closer to home!! 😀

Superb Swan Blonde cask ale from Bowness Bay Brewing - so good I stayed for 3 pints! Frequent buses back to Lancaster, 🚌 stop to the side of the pub - and it only costs a £1 to travelling after 19:00. Well worth the trip out.

My wife and I had been on our first ever visit to Lancaster and were heading back to our holiday accommodation and feeling hungry when we came across the Station Hotel and the tempting food board outside - see - advertising works! We got parked no problem and were quickly shown to a table. We ordered a main course each from the lunchtime menu (beef chilli con carne and a side of chips and fish and chips) and were not disappointed. The food was very good - tasty and hot. The waitress was lovely. Not the fastest of service (from food ordering to delivery) but we understood this, as the place was very busy and we were just pleased to find somewhere so nice to eat. No complaints from us, highly...

We've been going to the station all summer, its got great beers and wines and a lovely beer garden. Lunches are good value and fairly priced. Last night we took 4 friends for an evening meal and it was superb. There's always plenty of friendly staff on hand to table serve and there is never a queue at the bar. The place is a gem. As you would expect, every table was full at 7pm on a Friday. Thanks to the staff at the Station for a...

I came with friends on 14th of July. I ordered the lamb, unfortunately it was awful, didn't even taste like lamb, which is my favourite. It was carved wafer thin, so there was no texture or taste to the meat. The potatoes veg and Yorkshire pudding were delicious, the staff as always were fantastic. If I remember this dish was £18.50. Wow! Not quite...
