Fazeley Park Restaurant — Restaurant in Lichfield

New Year’s Eve, order did not turn up. Driver apparently “knocked the door”. We have a very large dog that barks every time something even remotely comes up our drive. We also have a ring door bell. Our house is slightly hard to find in hints but normally drivers are okay. Rang 4 mins after driver called. No answer, another 6 rings after that still no answer. I then rang the restaurant for them to tell me the food has came back there so I would have to pick it up. Stone Cold. 3 children hungry on New Year’s Eve at 8.01pm. Also had the food pre ordered from 4 oclock to make sure we didn’t miss out. Discussing service and will NEVER BE ORDERING AGAIN or referring. 100%...

Made a collection order i was told 25mins so i got there on time but was waiting another 30mins at least for food, got home and the portions was TINY! Take away tubs were only half full but still charged the full price! I had to make me a sandwich after! Will NEVER be using this place again. Go elsewhere for a curry if you’re hungry, my advice is a place called Tuk Tuk great food great portions! Partly my fault for wanted to try...

I cant give this zero stars, but the review needs to be clear for those who are considering eating here. Food was average but drinks..... a pint of flat coke £3.95 and a small glass (not eve 1/2 pint) of flat lemonade £2.95 and a pint of orange squash £3.95 wtf !!

Suffice to say, we wont be gong back and we will use one of the other local Indian restaurants that are more sensible with their non alcoholic...
