Utterly hated my experience here.. I ordered at the till with my girlfriend with me, we were told it would be 10-15 mins so we went for a walk for 10 mins came back and sat down waiting. We waited 10 mins in the mean time a few people came in to collect orders, which I didn't think much of because they may have ordered before me over the phone. I asked if my order was ready to which I received a reply of "its just in the oven" so I thought ok.. Shouldn't be long. So I sat back down, I waited another 20-25 mins, in which time more people arrived and collected their orders and there were two members of staff who weren't in uniform or working, walking around the kitchen having a laugh and a chat with the staff who were working. This was massively off putting and very unprofessional. I then asked again about whether my order was ready, and as the young lady at the till wad looking at her screen, she looked across to the screen on her right and saw that my order hadn't even been put through. She told me that they'd quickly put my order through, at which point I said that I wanted my money back. This wasn't the end to the events however.. The next thing to happen wad the young girl serving went to ask the older women who was at the prep bench for a refund, possibly the supervisor, when she shoved Hey hand into her pocket, grabbed two £10 notes and threw them at the poor girl. I will never be coming to this dominos branch again, and due to another incident at a different branch I will never be dealing with dominos again or recommending...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered 2 custom pizzas, 1 side, a drink and cookies through the app, submitted all my personal details and waited as my order was being completed. After 10 minutes the app made clear the pizza was i the oven and everything was going smoothly, however after no response from when my order was being delivered and the app saying it had been delivered i was very confused, I then proceeded to ring up to ask what had happened and an explanation. The man answering the phone was rude and direct, he explained that the delivery driver had been to my address and tried communicating with my through my phone number although i had received no response from them. So he said i could get the food although it will probably be cold and offered no apologies, I reluctantly accepted due to waiting 45 minutes for the order and was very hungry. After accepting i asked the man if he could double check me phone number as he was going to make the same mistake again and realised that had written down my number wrong, after knowing this he still made no sympathies or apologies such as a simple sorry or making the pizzas again. I can accept mistakes happen especially during busy periods but I couldn't accept the way a customer had been treated like this, thanks...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHonestly I love a good dominoās, never had any issues in Gainsborough ordering I just wish I could say the same about Lincoln south, not once but twice I have found meat on my vegetarian pizza, the first time could be an honest mistake but when you read their vegetarian policy who knows, regardless I gave a second chance last week only to have the same happen again, it is ridiculous not to have a vegetarian preparation area and to say you are busy so there is a risk of contamination couldnāt believe my eyes when I read this and to say if your vegetarian let the order taker know Iām not being funny but regardless if your ordering a vegetarian pizza as a vegetarian or not there should be no meat on it at all!! I just wonder what there allergy policy is like Anyway as I say I love a good dominos but from my perspective this store lets the team down Not to mention stating 35 minutes on the website only to be waiting an hour...
