Needs to learn customer service.

First ever visit I order steak pie and chips. Not sure how such a simple order can be screwed up but they managed it.

When I got home and tried to eat it I found they have given me a steak and kidney pie and not the steak pie I asked for.

I despise kidney and ended up spitting it out and into the bin it went.

Next time I came in I pointed out the mistake expecting either a refund or to be given the pie that I asked for. Instead the kid behind the counter said "Well apart from the steak and kidney the peppered steak pie is all we have got".

Well yeah, that's what I ordered I pointed out but I got neither a replacement or a refund.

Did I get an apology? Nope I got a shrug of the shoulders.

No apology, no replacement, no refund just a shrug.

An apology does not even cost anything but when you are given the wrong order at this place a shrug is...

We have tried certain meals from this chippy+everything me+my mum have tried has been top draw,my personal favourite is Singapore fried rice+I would never have guessed that pineapple would be with this meal when I first tried it a couple of year's ago+it really did go well with the meal+I love curry with this meal+as other people have mentioned there curry for a chippy is spot on,me mum loves the fish aswell,so we will defo be trying other meals from this lovely chippy over the next few years,just ad me Singapore earlier with 2 curry+as usual lovely+me mum had here usual fish+chips+she also said fish is the best for a chippy,as most chippys use the cheap chip fish nowadays,so all I have to say now is keep up the good work+the food,that's coming from ste in noggsy...

Nice food tonight as always but the delivery times are an absolute joke. Thursday night rang at 6.05pm girl on the phone said won't be long as driver had just gone to Orrell park, had to ring at 7.40pm to ask where the order was. Told it had just left the chippy it is now 8.12pm and still not here!!!!! Doubtful I will use this establishment again as I wanted tea not supper. Food arrived at 8.15pm 2 hours and 10 minutes after it was ordered. Don't use it you are considerably hungry as you will probably did of starvation by the time your food arrives. If they told you of the real time delivery would take you probably would go...
