Subway — Restaurant in Liverpool

If I could give 0 stars I would. Utterly disgusting, food mess everywhere. Sauce dripping stains down the walls and things stuck to the walls. Layout is bad as you can not get to the start of the counter. Only 1 member of staff on the counter on a Saturday afternoon. Seemed like she couldn't be bothered, we asked for vegan meatball subs and were basically told we were having ordinary cheese. When we got to pay we were not offered to scan our sub card, when we mentioned it we were told we could add then from the receipt, to then be told there was no till roll to print one off. Even a 1 star is generous. Ordered food to be delivered and there where half the items missing. The food they actually did manage to send was all incorrect too. Tuna salad had no tuna and chicken and bacon wrap had no salad. Crisps where wrong literally everything!! Called to speak to someone and when i said i wanted to complain about the order she said call back later and put the phone down. Called back and the girl who was apparently in charge said they tried to call me about the order but they definitely did not. She then cut off the call and they are now not answering. Rude and horrendous customer...

I misidentified the link. My review was for the Kirkby Subway by the Bus Station. - It is a Subway and the food is as good as any other but it is too small and uncomfortable to eat in when people are queueing and standing over you. There are no toilets and nowhere to wash your hands before you eat with them.

The Longmoor Lane Subway is 5 STAR. It is three to four times larger than the Kirkby Subway and has tables and chairs (not fixed tables and bench seating ). The toilets and hand washing facilities...
