Papa Johns Pizza (at Haven Hafan) — Restaurant in Llanystumdwy

We ordered the Friday night when we arrived waiting a hour & half. We had a phone call saying our food wouldn't be delivered. And offerd us a time slot for 8.pm the following day. It got to 9pm ww still hadn't got anything. So I decided to walk too the pizza place we waited an extra 35 minutes our food came out we had totally different food to our order. So I took this back. The man at the window was amazing and delivered to us in less then 20 minutes. Maybe take less orders on. & you will get your orders right the first time. As so many people were in the same boat. Disgusting service. So bad i'm writing in to head office to complain. Orders take an hour just for one pizza not once do the staff mention this just take your money and let you wait. Staff attitudes are awful. Was told by what looked like a 12 year old manager with a pie crust hat on that papa johns is not fast food so we have to wait. Next time i'll book a flight to Italy pick up a pizza and come back it will be quicker and hotter when I've done. Don't answer the phone either just pull it off the hook only rang 18 times. Standard first night papa John's pizza as we always do at haven caravan sites. Ordered face to face, informed them of a milk allergy so requested vegan cheese on one of the pizzas and tato tots. There were no order stickers on the boxes so confirmed, again face to face, that no dairy was on the "vegan cheese pizza or tato tots" was told that the guy himself has an allergy and confirmed no dairy products.
