British Raj Crayford — Restaurant in London

I have known this highly amazing restaurant since 22 years and I known the owner Sam (Karhim) since then. This is wonderful restaurant in Crayford Kent and the one of the best top 10 out of 100, The food is really a delicious Starters mix starter, king prawn purée and main course josh special, sashlic Bahar chicken tikka or lamb tikka and sashlic Bahar tandoori king prawns. The staff members are really helpful willingness to serve with highest quality standards five star dining experience and Sam is a big hearted generous man and he makes sure all his customers are well looked after by his employees staff members at all times and that’s why the reputation of the place speaks for itself and accept for Russel he is a clown a total entertainer and Characterless joker and he tries to overcome...

Well overall and absolutely terrible experience. it was my mum's birthday so we booked a table for 10, when we got there we were shown to the wrong table which wasn't big enough for 10 people, ordered our food at 8:30pm it arrived at 10:10pm, 1 hour and 40 minutes later!!! And it was cold even! Totally unacceptable asked for the manager many times but was never sent over, meanwhile they're still chucking down cold food not listening at all, staff were very rude, manager is useless and avoided our table because he clearly can't take complaints and acts as everything is fine. Tried to make us pay the full bill too!! Very unsatisfied and disappointed really has it has been nice in the past. Will not...

After booking ot online and receiving a reminder to not forget we turned up only to find that they had no record but to be fair once i had shown the email they found us a table. To start the waiters were very attentive and drinks and poppadoms were delivered... from that point it went downhill...after asking twice about where our main meal and seeing a waiting takeaway customer come in and given a bottle of wine as an apology for his delay we were served an 1 3/4 after arrival...food was ok but a little too much sauce for my liking ( but that is just a personal preference thing)...so disappointed after seeing such...
