Stopped here as my partner and I were travelling quite a distance. Lots of items on the menu were not available. Ordered using the ordering machines and they were all out of receipt paper so there was no real way to show that it was actually your order when collecting, not that the staff checked or anything. Service seemed quite slow despite being very quiet (We arrived here around 6-7pm). Had to take the 2 hot chocolate drinks back as the machine had clearly run out of chocolate powder and it looked like dirty water. It was changed without a fuss which was good but it did seem to take quite some time. Food wasn't too bad, not hot or anything, maybe lukewarm at best but we had driven a very long way and just needed a stress-free stop. Read moreWe just were having a brake here and I must say clients should honestly be more polite and nice to staff, the woman manager had to handle rude client, basically customer went rude about the cheese, when he approached the counter lady and her colleague were happy to change the sandwiche for the one that will satisfy the man stressed about it and she just wanted to point that she doubled checked with the man about his order and he said he said just cheese it doesn't matter he kept going on about even when they said they will get him what he wants, I was stressed from the clients approach, however staff handled very professionally and politely, regardless he wanted to speak to manager and he was already talking to one as she was a manager, he told her "customer is always right" I wanted to add "yeah and rude customers are banned ".
