Burger MaxX — Restaurant in London

Yesterday I've had a very hard day. Didnt sleep or eat whole day. Cried whole day. Because of personal reasons. I went to the shop finally after someone's pursuation to eat something within budget. I was talking to that friend on phone the whole time and waiting quietly. The pakistani/indian guy there called me. He asked what salad i.want. i was holding the phone but not talking to anyone. And my voice was very low. Reasonably. I had a hard day. He didnt hear me properly. Suddenly he EXTREMELY RUDELY asked "can you please put the phone down for ONE MINUTE PLEASE?" I was baffled. And very insulted. Then i asked "yes of course but u cant behave like this with me". Then he asked " and can you talk a little LOUDER? I CANT HEAR YOU AT ALL...etc etc". At that moment I was so insulted that i didnt hear him at all. I said "sorry i dont want" and left the place. I got out and cried the whole road. This day was so hard for me. Therr was no one beside me except for a stranger friend on facebook who was there just because i requested. I was missing my parents. I had been horribly betrayed by someone. And i was sick. Ut was the only shop nearby my house. And now i get this after having the courage of finally getting out to eat? I wanna ask that guy, "do you know how much courage it took to get out yesterday?" and you didnt even reimburse my payment. Anyways. I.dont want that too. Maybe you shouldnt presume and behave this way with a person from next time? You just dont know what he/she went thru right? I hope you learn to be a human in addition to having a good...

I'm gutted because we have ordered here at least 5 times before no problems. Ordered a kebab. There are 2 sets of options requesting sauce. I don't want any sauce due to allergy intolerance. On the first set of options there is a "no sauce". Great! I clicked it. On the second set of options there is no "no sauce". I put chilli sauce and put in the notes box for allergies specifically "DO NOT PUT ANY SAUCE ON THE KEBAB". I get my order and lo & behold there Is chilli sauce on it. I call up burger maxx and they stated we didn't put anything on the order. It is on the receipt and our online receipt under allergies. The guy then back tracks and states I didn't state what not to put chilli sauce on. I literally stated not to put chilli sauce on the kebab. We ordered 1 kebab. They refused to do anything and said "go through just eat not through us". The place takes no responsibility for this and basically just fobbed us off and doesn't care for their own standards. I'm gutted because I used to love the food here but will have to go elsewhere. I have all screen grabs of the receipt and the recorded phone call so if they want to contest this review...

always something wrong with this place dont ask why i go back. form always leaving out something in the order too the rude staff. normally when i order kebabs they leave out the extra pita or forget the sauce or forget something else. never has the orser been rigbt. tonight i ordered off just eat 2 burgers. i forgot the sideds so i called up and they told me cash old coz card machine is not working (is that my fault) so when they came too my foor no cash machines around was working so i said charge the card i was using they asked for the name, card number, expiry date, back number, then said can u transfer😂😂😂 hahaha so funny. after you have ALL my bank details then u want to transfer. i asked to speak to the manager they hang up. so when i called on someone elses phone i sais make sure your manager calls me in the morning they hang up. THE MOST UNRELIABLE TAKEAWAY SURVICE. THEY NOW HAVE MY FULL BANK DETAILS WHICH THEY CAN USE AT ANY TIME. DO NOT TRUST!!!!!! RUDE STAFF THAT HANG UP ON YOU, UNREALIABLE CARD MACHINE THAT CHOOSES TO WORK WHEN IT WANTS AND I HAVE NEVER ORDERED ONCE WITH MY FOOD BEING RIGHT😂...
