It’s a shame that chaiiwala’s brand has gone so down.. or maybe it’s their branch or their staff?

Visited today for ‘brunch’.

Firstly .. they use Shana paratha.. not made fresh … yet they advertise it as if they make it in the store!

Secondly … you get an omelette, yet have to pay THIRTY PENCE for each topping .. so we were forced to add green chilli and onions to attempt to turn it from a scrambled egg to an omelette!

When the ‘omelette’ arrived .. it had three pieces of chilli and around 5 onion pieces.. how can they charge 60p for that?! When asked why there was so little the lady rudely replied saying “we only add 4 or 5 pieces”… I explained I didn’t even have that so she went to the back and came out with a tub of green chilli and threw it on my table. We decided to leave .. went to wash my hands which means I have to walk past the counter .. she was picking up the disposable cup lids from the floor and stacking them up which I assume dropped on the floor .. is that how chaiiwala train their staff?

I would never ever go to any of their branches again and it’s a shame that people waste money on this microwaved food at...
