Mammas Pizza & Peri Peri — Restaurant in London

I ordered a pizza from here via phone as it said on the judges website That orders over £6 offer free delivery, so I ordered a £6 margarita and when it arrived I was asked to pay £11 for “delivery charge” I told the driver to take the pizza back as I don’t a card to pay hence why I ordered the £6 pizza. He called his boss who argued with him for over 5 minutes and driver agreed that I should just take the pizza for agreed price as they did not say over the phone there was any delivery charge. The guy gave me the phone and to speak to his boss who was very rude, told me I was trying to ‘trick’ him. I told him if there is a delivery charge then you need to adjust what you have advertised on just eat as it states ‘orders over £6 free delivery’ and he told me he didn’t care about what the website said and continued to say that I was trying to trick him. I told him to take his pizza back and leave. Even the driver didn’t want to take the pizza back and didn’t see any reason why he should. Very rude place, hardly speak english, arguing over a £6 margarita that’s now going to end up in the bin...really???? Accusing me of tricking ??? YOU TRICKED ME IDIOTS !!!!! Avoid the headache and eat...

one of the worst places to eat pizza, I don’t know if it’s just here in Norbury, but the pizza is really bad, it doesn’t taste good, the ingredients don’t feel fresh at all, and if you order the Garlic and herbs sauce, you will even enjoy the pizza less because when you put it on you will realize that it seems like a sauce that was out of the fridge for many days. They should do something because despite being fast food they should at least cover a minimum of quality and flavor, on the same street less than 5 minutes walking you can find other establishments that sell decent pizzas with good flavor, with at least fresh garlic sauces, I won’t name the places that are better than this one so as not to divert attention but I have lived here for about 8 years and since they remodeled the mamas pizza establishment, (which looks much better now… yes). but they lowered the quality to worrying levels, I definitely will not spend my...

Ordered food from Mama’s pizza norbury around £20 and the pizza was not what I ordered and upon delivery when I contacted them they were so aggressive and nasty disrespectful and even asked me to share your WhatsApp because I asked them to send your driver which is gonna take 2 minutes to my address and I didn’t touch the pizza your driver can bring it to the restaurant and you can see it for yourself and if you still think it is not the wrong order then it is what it is. And would not order from this place again and deliveroo should not allow such restaurant on their platform (app) either as it is deceiving customer.
