Chicken Cottage — Restaurant in London

WARNING AVOID AVOID AVOID HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS CHICKEN COTTAGE!!!

I can't believe I'm even giving Chicken Cottage a single star! Our visit to this place was an absolute nightmare. Despite my repeated requests for fresh chicken, my surprise when we took the food home we were served old, stale, and seemingly reheated pieces that had clearly been sitting there for ages. Not only did it ruin our meal, but it also made the entire family il, children have been vomiting throughout the night! It is clear that proper hygiene practices were nowhere to be found. This shop should be closely monitored by health and hygiene authorities. I wouldn't wish this terrible experience on anyone especially if you have young children! Steer clear if you value...

Terrible customer service. Woman on the till claims to be the owners sister. She was very rude upon asking someone promised me for refund because of rotten chicken was served 2 days ago. She said the person who told me does not have the right to offer me this. Asked the woman to call the person, she refused and asked me not to go there anymore. Where almost every worker in the shop knows me very well because I live near by and go there twice a week, every week. I 'd suggest avoid going to this shop. We customers do not deserve to be treated like this. Shame on you Chicken cottage to have a person like this who does not even respect her colleagues and customers are miles away from good customer service....

The dishes are different from the photos menu dishes

Edit Yes we ordered chicken takeaway. The breadcrumbs was burnt and the meat was raw because the oil had too high frying temperature. I think that the client has always right because we tried this food, not you. Why your takeaway food is so different with photos? In the local is only one table and the boys who ordered food eat in, they got food in the paper bag... Please learn to accept criticism, because that what we ate...
