Beautiful tomahawk steak here tonight on the specials board!! Food was delicious as always. Excellent evenings dining and big thank you for fitting us in at the last minute on a busy Friday night.

Been back many times and amazing tapas but tonight im giving the paella a 2nd chance......

Excellent food and service. Impressive presentation, hearty portion sizes and food served extremely fresh and piping hot, I can't stand lukewarm food! Found the food excellent value for money. Had 2 x breads, 6 x tapas, 1 x paella main, 1 x dessert, 2 x bottles of wine and 3 x pints of larger all for just £120.00! I've worked in the catering industry for many years and this restaurant ticks most boxes, the only small issue I could raise is that the paella is lacking that formally Spanish flavor and the main reason for trying this restaurant for the first time tonight was for my love for paella, yes it was fresh and perfectly cooked but having travelled all over Spain trying different regions recipes I was a tad disappointed but the tapas dishes were delicious! Also 1 of our party had the churros dessert and is a expert in this field, they said it was the best she'd ever had! High praise indeed. Wine and draught larger delightful. Restaurant extremely busy for a Friday in January which did include a couple of extremely loud parties, one which would have been more suited to Benidorm rather than welling tonight but hey that's not the restaurant fault. GIVE IT A GO!!! Chupitos is such a lovely welcoming restaurant me and my family have been frequent visitors for quite a few years. We have previously been for Sunday dinners, birthdays, mothers day, fathers day, new years eve, and the odd Friday and Saturday night. The food is amazing and always plenty of options all freshly cooked and well portioned. The cocktails are also just as good as any London cocktail bar. Yes sometimes when it is busy or we have come with a very large table we have had to wait a bit but you would get that in most reasonable priced restaurants as they limit their staff to keep costs down. Also their food is cooked fresh and it is soo tasty it is worth the wait. While you browse the menu order a basket of bread with their in house aioli it is amazing. You have to try the cheese and chorizo or the scallops to start followed by the fillet steak with Padron peppers or a roast beef dinner with their glazed veg and roast pots is soo good. If you have room for dessert then all the options are delicious so maybe share and try them all! I have not given a review before as this is not something I generally do, but on our visit this weekend when we inquired how business was doing Katie expressed concern about how a bad review with false allegations could effect her business and she was upset at being called a racist I felt bad for not giving a them a review before so thought I would make sure to do...

In all my years of living in London, I have never experienced how this restaurant treated me . I called to book a table for two and I was told there weren't any tables available. However as I was driving past I saw empty tables and stopped to ask politely if the vacant tables were available. I was told they were, but I was told that I should sit at one of the tables at the back of the restaurant. I then calmly asked why I couldn't sit at the tables in front, and the lady couldn't give a good reason. It was obvious I was not welcome so I said I was leaving if this was the case and the lady shrugged her shoulders. As a Black man, I do wonder why this was the case? It appears this restaurant has a practice of treating certain customers differently. I get the message and I'll definitely avoid this place.

Thank you for getting back but your response still does not change my experience. I know how I was treated and I wouldn't make a public statement if my experience wasn't valid. By the way, my initial call to your restaurant was at 7.09pm exactly and I was asking for a 7.30 table for 2 so I don't understand your explanation about timings. Also you made references to being a person of colour and I would just like to say that there is an abundance of research and evidence to show anti black bias can come from any one. All I advice...
