Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

I am complaint regarding an unacceptable incident that occurred at the Costa Coffee branch in Norbury, located.On September 9, 2025, my 9-year-old daughter and I were customers at your Norbury branch. My daughter needed to use the toilet. Upon inspection, I found that the main customer toilet was locked and the disabled toilet was in a very unclean state.I approached two members of staff, Brenda and Ana, to politely request that they either clean the accessible toilet or unlock the main one for my daughter. I was shocked by their response. It was 5:20 PM, they informed me that they would not be cleaning the toilet until 6:00 PM and they were asking my 9 year daughter she would have to wait 40 minutes. They refused to open the other toilet, despite there being no signage or reason to keep it closed.This is not the first time I have visited this branch to find the main toilet is always locked. However, asking a child to wait for an extended period, especially when she is in need, is deeply unprofessional and demonstrates a severe lack of basic customer service and consideration.This is a matter of public health and dignity. Refusing to provide a clean and accessible restroom, and forcing a child to wait, is unacceptable. I will approach this matter to the local Member of Parliament and a Labour Councillor, and I will be formally lodging this complaint with them as well.I expect a full explanation for this behaviour and an assurance that appropriate action will be taken to prevent such incidents from happening again. Customers should not be denied access to clean facilities, and employees should be trained to handle such requests with professionalism...

ILL SAY THIS STRAIGHT!!! I LOVE THE FROSTINO’S UwU !!!! i may seem a little crazy but they have the best Frostinos out of all the costa chains. Period. They not only make it with care but they fill your whole cup to the top. Everyday i went to school i always started my day by barging into their shop fully out of breathe and prepared to order. Not only did i have the worst eyesight posible but i also took extremely long to order despite ordering the same thing every day with the occasional change. My main is a medium ( biggest it gets) salted caramel crunch Frostinos no coffee with cream and extra salted caramel pieces because it is the greatest of them all and superior to the others. My only regret is the day i was running to school on a rainy day and i slipped and dropped my frostino so i had to go all the way back from the 50 stop near my secondary school to go and get another but even still i give this a 1000/10 Best place...

If I could zero for this particular store I would. Went in there asking for a purple one hot chocolate which is being advertised via website and experienced by myself from several other stores over this Festive period. Was greeted with rudeness, all barista had to do was swap the “Terry’s chocolate orange sauce” for the “big purple” the price is exactly the same so no amendments needed there. Instead all I got was a very loud “Sir we don’t do those” at costa”. Despite me showing this person shouting in my direction that contraire to their opinion on their franchise. Costa does indeed do the “Purple One” as a hot chocolate and to make things worse this branch does the “Purple One” as a latte (smh), so why the issue of making it a hot chocolate?. I’ll tell you.
