I used to love coming to this Costa as I work near here. But since there has been the new staff turn over it has gone TOTALLY DOWNHILL, which is very upsetting. Multiple times my coffee order has gone wrong, I ask for an almond latte and the staff use regular dairy milk. A few times I have watched them make it and had to remind them to use almond milk, but I cannot (nor is it my job to) watch over them every time to ensure they are making the correct coffee - this isn’t even during busy periods that they have a lot going on in. Twice this week they have made my coffee with incorrect milk and by the time I realise, I cannot go back otherwise I will be late for work.
So many times I have gone and there is no one at the till and I have had to call someone. The cafe itself looks a mess also. All the tables are always dirty with crumbs everywhere and not wiped down. Again, this is NOT during busy times so there is no excuse. The staff aren’t properly trained either and half the time don’t even know how to use the till properly.

Read moreWent to the costa coffee shop in Neasden shopping centre and was served by one of the workers. I really did not like his service at all. I was with my partner who brought a ctoasties, he was also about to buy a chocolate but he changed his mind. When we changed our mind, the worker seemed really annoyed and rolled his eyes. I then paid for my chicken fajita wrap and then asked if I could redeem my free birthday cake and get the chocolate cake for my partner. The employee told me no? I asked him what do you mean no, I have the the promo and then he rolled his eyes and then scanned it. He then gave us our food and cake, Without no bag to carry it all or even a fork to eat the cake. I went back and asked him for a bag and a fork and he once again rolled his eyes. I don't know why he was so annoyed, the store was not even that busy. You need to improve your employees customer service because I will not be going to that...
Read moreI regret to say a nice place spoilt by exploited staff. Costa coffee management need to realise their product is loved by people but that is not a reason to allow such low staff morale. My daughter and l visited and was amazed when we were asked to take.a.coffee someone had tasted, due to a human error. Fancy names do not mean a thing if your staff do not appear to care. I dislike very much saying this, but help some of your staff with English classes, all as we know is welcome in good old Blighty but please train staff especially front of house so to speak, to communicate with the customer. I do not for one moment blame the staff, for work is better than cheating and these people work hard, so for decency sake come on Costa management train your staff better. I will visit again but you must deliver a better deal for staff...
