Domino's Pizza - London - Greenford Road — Restaurant in London

I called in to make a telephone order for collection at 23:50 and ordered a large veggie pizza with 2 portions of cookie dough they told me it will be ready in 20 min I live just across the road, I walked over 15 minutes after the phone call to collect my food to then notice that the shop is closed and I already paid for the food over phone the transaction was made at 23:52 as a card payment costing me £20 just incase the restaurant try to deny it! I tried to call them multiple times and there was no answer, it is Ramadan and I had no food at home I have been scammed and charged for food that I did not eat or get the chance to collect, tomorrow I have to fast on an empty stomach . PLEASE guys do not order from there its a disgrace how we live in the UK and get scammed in that manner no customer service at ALL charging customers and not getting there food at ALL, if i can give zero stars I...

Extremely Dissatisfied with Delivery Service

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the service I received . The delivery driver dropped my large pot of garlic sauce outside my door, splattering it everywhere, including on my brand new shoes, which are now damaged. When I told him it was his fault, he asked me to pick it up. After I refused, he picked it up himself, but then left all the sauce in the hallway, creating a major hazard where someone could easily slip and seriously injure themselves.

This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced or expected from your company. To make matters worse, I received a call from Domino's offering me a new tub of sauce with my next order. Who said I would use your service again? Who said I didn't want the sauce with the meal I ordered?

For me personally the pizza was undercooked very doughy and hard to chew and swallow. The toppings are not generous at all for example on the new Korean there was barely any chicken and even less red jalapeno. Same with the other half of the pizza I swapped mushroom for sweet corn on the meat feast and there were like 10 sweet corns. Very tight. Doubt I'll order again any time soon, my review seems in line with the recent trend trend of dissatisfied customers. I actually left the pizza and just ate the nachos which were better than the pizza...
