Fireaway Pizza Selsdon — Restaurant in London

So I’ve been going here for a while. The chap who used to run it was great! But tonight we popped in to order the chicken strips and halloumi but there was no halloumi in stock. This was fine so we chose a pizza instead. We ordered and the lady said 10-15 mins. Not a problem…. Until everyone else was getting served and then the 30 min mark went past so I just asked kindly. The reply was “it’ll be ten mins!”. So we waited even longer and I felt more and more sorry for the poor chap at the counter who had waited ten mins for the order just to be taken!! The pizza arrived first but then waited another five for the chicken strips. Finally we received the whole order together and thought we may sneak a bite of the chicken on our way to the car… and lo and behold the chicken came straight back up!! We thought ohwell must be a glitch etc… so we tried the pizza…. Holy moly what a waste of £20-£30 it all was! That went into the nearest bin! Absolutely shocking! I can guarantee I won’t hear nothing back as it’s all a “Franchise”! No where to complain other than on here so please everyone be...

Ordered two lasagne online through their website, I am in-between two fireaway shops got a call from one they said they had one lasagne left in stock I asked how long for a refund the manager did not know then came back and said 3-5 days so changed one to the pesto pasta reluctantly. I even asked if they could forward my order to the other shop as they are the same company they said no... the food came the lasagne was nothing like the photo it was disgusting it was basically flat and tasteless with over cooked cheese on top. The pesto pasta was just OK being generous and the peperoni pizza had over cooked cheese on it and the driest pizza ever. We threw majority of the food in the bin for the price was gutting I wouldn't go here again or waste my money on this tasteless...

This pizza shop is so bad I am a Uber driver and today I got kicked out because every time I go there they waist my time it takes to make a pizza 10 min. Every time I go they take so long never been a time where I go in and the pizza is ready. Today I went in the shop to get a order from Uber and the manager said 5 min is not ready I said you are waisting my time and he started shouting at me calling me bad words and I told him I will pick up the order and won’t come back but he said get out of my shop more bad word and I refused so he said I will call the police if you don’t get out so I got out.
