This place hasn’t been open for that long but I can definitely vouch for it being the best bubble tea shop in the area. Every time I come in I ask for recommendations and so far I have tried 4 premium drinks and I’ve loved every single one. The theme of the shop was a very smart move. Customer service is the best each time I come in. The owner is actually present and does conversate with all the customers. Nothing much more to say but would definitely recommend giving this place a try!

Went to get some warm milk tea but they were out of option to make tea warm. I asked for room temperature tea but they only had ice cold ones. I was already there so decided to order their vanilla spiced tea with mango jelly and lychee pearls. It was so RIDICULOUSLY SWEET that I couldn’t finish it. Its been thirty minutes I had that tea and I still feel sick. I specifically asked them to make it less sweet but I guess they just don’t listen. Will NEVER go again.

Fantastic find! We popped in last minute and were so impressed. The staff were incredibly accommodating with our allergy requirements — they really listened and made sure everything was safe for us, which we really appreciated. The service was warm and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The desserts were absolutely delicious, and everything was very reasonably priced. We’ll definitely be back!

Ice Cream On The Cone Single

Gelato is a frozen dessert of italian origin. While both gelato and ice cream contain cream, milk and sugar, authentic gelato uses more milk and less cream. All our gelatos come in two scoops. Extra scoops are £2.49 each. Flavours: bubblegum (blue), chocolate, cookies and cream, ferrero rocher, honeycomb, mint chocolate chip, salted caramel, strawberry, vanilla.

Unfortunately, today will be the last visit I make here. I don’t like to leave negative reviews on small businesses but Gotham Boba, you need to do better. My milk tea was watered down to the point of being tasteless and there was no semblance of flavour despite asking for more sweetness, as I have done on every other occasion. Sadly, they couldn’t deliver. Will stick to T4 and the other Bubble Tea businesses in Romford. I’ve made better bubble tea at home than I’ve had here on every occasion. Also, How this place has the gall to charge more than an established bubble tea shop is beyond me. £5.50 for a flavourless milk tea?! Insanity. Don’t turn customers away by...

After a trip out we popped in to get an ice cream for the kids. All four of us ended getting something different the kids had ice creams my wife had a Boba drink and I had a Bubblegum thick shake. We all tried abit of each others as it all looked so good.The ice creams were delicious the boba was refreshing and sweet but the Thick shake that was amazing! I absolutely love Gotham Boba Desserts in Romford! Their Kinder Bueno White milkshakes are out of this world—so thick, creamy, and packed with flavor. It’s easily the best milkshake I’ve ever had.
