Greggs — Restaurant in London

After waiting in queue for ages I was told the tills weren't working so couldn't pay for anything, had to leave to get cash, then after another long queue they wouldn't take a voucher code I had and the card machine was back up. After a long wait I gave up in the end, to get better food elsewhere. Only went as I had a voucher but staff weren't helpful, contradicting each other. Didn't seem to want to serve the long queue of people out the door, with one serving from a till, the other standing around watching, hope it wasn't her first day as it seems like she was dropped in the deep end...

Pleasant visit. I love Greggs so much.

Unfortunately I came at a time when a customer was being very verbal and fairly rude with a staff member arguing over some sort voucher. (The customer clearly didn't read the T&C's of the voucher I bet)

I don't like it when staff are spoken to rudely and I work in the retail industry so I understand.

The queue is always long here , they have more staff working on Uber deliveries than instore customers. A common occurrence is waiting for sausage rolls ,seeing some in the tray and getting to the front all have gone and being told they have only just gone in the oven.
