KSG Fast Food — Restaurant in London

This is an excellent takeaway shop that I highly recommend. While they offer a variety of main dishes such as biryani, rice, and curries, I have primarily sampled their starter items. Among these, the mutton rolls are truly exceptional. If you place an order by telephone, they ensure the mutton rolls are freshly prepared for you, which is a wonderful touch.

Additionally, their service is outstanding. The staff are incredibly friendly, and they go out of their way to treat customers with respect and dignity, making the experience even more enjoyable.

I recently discovered that the shop also has a party hall available for hire. Unfortunately, I do not have details regarding its seating capacity or pricing, but it could be a great option for hosting small gatherings or events.

To be honest there are nothing for kids to eat. If your kids eating spicy then it’s fine but if not your kids scan stay without food in this restaurant. My kid does not eat spicy so I asked one of there staff if they can prepared a none spicy or mild food for kids, as he said yes but when the food was still chicken was still spicy. My daughter and other kids ate only parotha.

Now the staffs need extremely training for customer service, or they need to hire a person who can speak Tamil and English to be able to answer the call. I call them earlier to make sure if they make non-spicy food but the staff pick up the phone and just said noodles, noodles and noodles…. She keep repeating it, she then...

Came into the shop at the same time as another customer, another customer was already waiting. A member of staff walked in and out of the front shop area twice and ignored us.

Calls were still being answered at the back, a few more staff came in and out before one of them started serving customers.
