I visited to have breakfast with a friend. We both arrived after the school run, and we both have babies in their prams with us. This is the second time we visited for breakfast, and theres a reason why I returned since the first visit. Hospitality and service on each occasion has been great. Today we were served by Clinton at the Enfield branch, unfortunately, I didnt get the name of the lady who served us on the first visit. On both occasions, our waiter/ress were really attentive, really welcoming. On today's occasion, our waiter asked us whether we had the Harvester app as theres and offer for 25% off. I didnt, and so i downloaded it, which reduced our bill to a nice, small sum! We both needed a high chair for our babies and we couldn't find any, but once we had asked for them, they were brought out straight away. Our babies made a complete mess with their food (weaning babies), but Clinton never made us feel like a nuisance to clean up after them - we felt very welcomed. He also reminded us to enter our car registration at the front to make sure we didnt get a ticket - very helpful. To note that breakfast is only served Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The time of day we visited (9am), it was extremely quiet, which added to the relaxed environment we were in - but am sure we would have still felt very welcomed with increased footflow. We both got the Ultimate Breakfast and it was very well cooked and presented, and definitely more than enough! Our babies enjoyed the food also - and we were able to ask for a substitution (black pudding for another scrambled egg), without hesitation. I would definitely visit again. A recommended place to visit.

We visited Harvester for a late birthday meal for our mum as a little suprise and shes always been a harvester fan so it was a no brainer as a family everyone absolutely loves everything on the menu as its so fresh and tasy and you can even add healthy on to the list. Our waiter a young english guy with a pony tail im so sorry i cant remember his name was brilliant as i feel every business needs employees like this as he was a real pleasure to have around during mums birthday madness presents, cakes etc. HOWEVER the reason i havent given this restaurant a 5* is purely due to the fact of after this meal we was shocked by a massive fine by a company called euro car parks for parking in the restaurants parking facility the following month. I tried to contact Harvester to ask what the hell was going on only to have a member of management saying it has nothing to do with the company but what fails to answer my doubts is that it is in a very abandoned piece of land with only harvester and absolutely nothing else so why would anyone who is not eating out want to park there in the first place. I have lived in London all my life and this is the first time i have witnessed a restaurant taking extra petty little routes to scam there own customers which has left a very bad impression among our family which is upsetting as we are very loyal customers to anywhere we usually visit and also still having e-mail battles with this company as mentioned above its clearly a scamming based company.

Went to Navigation Inn Harvester last night which is near to where I live. My friend had never been before so new experience for him. Atmosphere was comfortable. Such a big space we had no problems being seated. Sat at one of the booths right by the salad section. Was attended to by Jessica who was very sweet. The starter of haloumi fries and spicy prawns was ok but the breadcrumb coating took over the overall taste. Ordered the cod and chips and the salmon and mash. Was disappointed at the portion size of the mash (I love mash) and the salmon had no seasoning. Lastly I was a bit surprised with the width restriction when coming through the entrance which I haven't seen before. Felt like you weren't able to get through it. Other than that is was a pleasant evening and my friend enjoyed himself. Tried Navigation Inn for breakfast 2 weeks ago. It was really quiet. Hardly anyone there so had their classic breakfast which was great. There was so much I couldn't finish it with 2 milky coffees. Will come back for breakfast again

I really hate leaving bad reviews and very rarely do, I realise how hard running a restaurant is but in this instance, I really feel strongly this place needs an over hall. We were camping nearby and wanted a quick dinner with the kids and were really disappointed. For reference, this was a Thursday at 6.15pm. When we arrived the waitress was busy and took longer than expected to take our order/get drinks, that’s fine, we could see she was trying her best. However, once we got salad bowls we found the salad bar nearly empty and had to ask a waitress to refill. The chef then did refill but was carrying 2 bowls of salad at a time, it took him about 6 trips back and forth to the kitchen to be fully restocked, it was very painful to watch and the kids main meals had arrived the time we got salad. Whilst waiting for the salad to be restocked I saw a customer pick up a bread roll, squeeze it, realise it wasn’t fresh and put it back in the basket. Not the restaurants fault but a sign is clearly needed not to put food back that you have touched. Needless to say, no bread roll for me! The children’s food arrived about 15 minutes before the adult meals which whilst I’m glad they had their food first, it was quite annoying when they’ve then finished and are bored whilst we were still eating. The food was average at best with the ribs being very dry/over cooked. The whole way through I was thinking any minute now someone is going to get food poisoning so in a way I was glad of being over cooked, that tells you a lot about the experience. The restaurant did not feel clean and the whole experience was anxiety inducing. Needless to say I do...
