Jade Garden — Restaurant in London

I tried to order from this restaurant for home delivery.I stated my postcode and the guy I spoke to literally said "we do not deliver to your postcode because your area is too ROUGH!!!!!"..Considering there shop is less than 2 miles away from me in ERITH(I guess Buckingham palace) and I live at Thamesmead(wolvercote rd,close to abbey wood station).I guess he thought we had a big contrast in the status of our area..Regardless I never asked him "why" they couldn't deliver to my area,so for him to add his little 2 cent about my area being too "ROUGH" is absolutely disrespectful!!!..Terrible behaviour..so any one that lives in Thamesmead if u happen 2be in erith and decide to eat here, just remember u r a second class citizen as far as this restaurant is concerned....

Had such a wonderful meal at this restaurant! Family run establishment where a lot of care is clearly taken into creating a great atmosphere and delicious food. Owners are absolutely lovely and all of the staff is very attentive and makes sure that you are enjoying yourself. We ordered the starter plate which was a great way to sample lots of delicious plates (veggie spring roles, shrimp toasts, BBQ, fried chicken, seaweed) and followed with the duck (served with wrapping paper, fresh cucumber and onion - yum!), more crispy chicken, bok choy, and some rice. The owners were kind enough to offer us some ice cream to finish but we were absolutely stuffed! Very generous portions at great prices. Food very bland no flavour. Worst I have tasted in a very long time as we were just passing through the area this seemed to have good reviews so we went here. I got the Lemongrass Fried chicken and veg fried rice. I have never eaten anything relating to lemongrass where they cannot even bother to chop it up, as you can see it was simply cut in half and left in the food. Noticed people going to the chinese shop across the road we should've followed our gut and joined the local crowd. My friend got singapore fried rice which was not spicy at all and was also bland. I honestly do not believe the reviews to be true...
