Okay, let's start with the Beef Loaded Fries. Firstly, considering I'm not a beef person these particular pieces were actually so tasty! That was until the unbearable spice started to kick in. That's right, a dish that does not have any warnings about how spicy their food is, at least not on UberEats, raises serious health & safety concerns. My mouth was burning for a while after eating it, it's just sad because the loaded fries clearly had a lot of potential. But were let down by how extremely spicy it was, and I can handle a good deal of spice as a South Asian. Oh, and the portion size is pretty small for what you pay for. Next, their Chick Lover burger was also pretty tasty but nothing special, really. Just your typical fried chicken burger except this one is much pricer than the other food chains for some unknown reason. I do appreciate the unlimited toppings and sauces they have going on though. But still, their food is overpriced and nothing memorable. My family and I did visit this branch a few years back and I remember the service and atmosphere being really good. Their packaging is pretty sweet too and they have a lot of choices on their menu. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day since I remember the food was much better then. Nonetheless, there really isn't much incentive for me to order from here again. Unless it's to support the Palestine Campaign they did not too long ago, may Allah reward you for that.

Ordered a chicken burger meal in-store. The staff worker at the till said it would be 10 mins so I went into a nearby shop. I returned 15 mins later expecting my burger to be ready but gave them the benefit of waiting a little while longer. 25 mins had passed since I ordered so I asked what's going on. They couldn't find the receipt which they hang for the chefs at the back so had to re-print it and asked me to wait another 10 mins! I cancelled the order and went to a nearby competitor and got a burger in 8 mins. That's what you call customer service guys. On Saturday 5:30pm there were hardly any customers in-store with around 10 staff at the back and uber drivers going in and out so it's pretty obvious they favour take away orders with zero customer service if you go in-store. Absolute time wasters! Thanks for taking your time to leave a nonsense reply by the way. So you have 10 staff but couldn't give me a burger within 30 mins? Hiding behind the argument of cooking from fresh vs frozen as if you are the only restaurant to do that. And you've affirmed my point - don't walk in on a Friday or Saturday night because you could be behind a queue of 10 takeaway orders and walk-in customers have to wait! Carry on with that attitude you won't be surviving in the food game for long. I very much enjoyed the burger prepared in 8 mins, better than what you can achieve it seems.

Banging bit of grub. The wings are proper. Crispy good sized and depending on what ones you get nice and saucy, not to over sauced where it’s just drowning in it, It was just right. We had the tangy bbq & sticky Korean wings both 10/10 I’ll definitely recommend them if you don’t know what ones to pick. The burgers were on point to, chicken burger was a nice sized flat burger, seasoned and battered to perfection. And the smash burger was just as good. I was I got a double as it went down to easy lol. Halloumi loaded fries was a first time to but that was banging. The fries are £4 which I thought was a bit high doe, and the portion wasn’t great, apart from that that was my only criticism, it wasn’t the cheapest if I’m honest, for me and the misses our online order came to almost £50 for the 2 of us, but I don’t mind paying good money for good food. I ordered online and I’d give this a solid 8.5/9 out of 10 I can only imagine it would be even better if you ate in. Well done guys, you defo got yourself a regular now. I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by the terrible experience I just had at this restaurant. I went to pick up my order, and one of the staff members (a young man) told me to wait outside for 5-10 minutes. I patiently waited outside for over 10 minutes and went back in to check — again he asked me to wait 5 more minutes. I didn’t complain; I just stood there quietly. Then he forcefully told me to sit down, which I did.

After another 10 minutes, I asked the female staff member named Sneha about my order since the first guy was not around. Her response was shockingly rude — she said in a very disrespectful tone: “Your order is still preparing, wait 10 minutes or cancel it!” I asked her why I should cancel it after waiting for 25+ minutes — instead of helping, she went to another staff member (a Telugu guy with a beard), said something to him, and then he came with my order after another 5 minutes.

This third staff member had a horrible attitude — he threw the order at me saying “take it and go,” and started arguing when I expressed my frustration. He even threatened me, saying “get out or I’ll throw you out.” When I stood my ground and said “come and touch me if you dare,” he started abusing and using foul language.

This is absolutely unacceptable. After waiting more than 30 minutes, instead of receiving an apology, I was treated with aggression, threats, and insults.

To the owner: If you care about your customers and your restaurant’s reputation, I seriously urge you to take action — especially against this Telugu guy with the beard who behaved like a street thug rather than a restaurant staff. If this is how your staff treats customers, you will keep losing business — you've already...

Have eaten in once and was horribly busy with most orders going out to takeaways and we had to wait about 45 mins for our food. The burgers are decent but not brilliant and certainly not worth the wait. Anyhow...things go downhill from there. We ordered takeaway the following time as we didn't want to wait so long for our food, and this can be described as nothing short of a debacle. Wrong order was delivered to us. We rang Junglees and they told us to tell the driver to take it back. Driver was not having any of it...and rightfully soas the mistake was with Junglees. The staff at Junglees then basically refused to engage further or rectify their mistake and put the phone down on us. When we rang again the guy on the phone quite rudely said..."I've told you I can't help you so stop ringing us". What kind of shambolic behaviour is this. Will never order or go to Junglees again and would recommend this is one to be avoided. Read some of the reply to reviews from the owner and you will get a very good idea of what kind of bad attitude you can expect. I for someone certainly don’t want to pay for 1) an incorrect order and then 2) a stinking attitude to boot. Anyhow…we put the payment is dispute. For much better quality burgers and much better service try Smacks in Gants Hill or Bun and Sum in Bow which have truly outstanding smash burgers which Junglees can't be...
