Barkingside Kebabish — Restaurant in London

Absolutely rubbish food and service. As it's a new place on the high street we decided to give it a go. What a disgrace! After waiting inside the restaurant for over 40 mins upon receiving the order I requested that I go through the order with him as it was a big order. I was told there is no need as everything is there. Once coming home there were 3 portions of chicken tikka missing and 2 large chips. We rang the restaurant and there were not willing to listen at all. They were right and we were wrong. The manager had no customer service skills at all. They were adamant that what we ordered was given to us. We returned back to there to get our missing order. They said that they put 3 portions of chicken into 1 box so it only looked like 1 portion and gave us 2 chips. There was no thank you, apologies or anything. We ended up going to the old original kebabish And purchased another portion if chicken tikka and returned home. I would not recommend eating there or getting a takeaway. Overpriced rubbish. Chicken was burned and chips were chewy. We will not be going back and will stick to the original kebabish where you know what you are...

I ordered 2 chicken doners and 1 set of 8 wings at 5.36pm on 13/12/19 the order was meant to be received within 45-60 mins! I called after two hours and all they said yes your order will be 10 mins! this is ridiculous service! i asked them to give me extra food or refund me back they said they will give me a drink as compensation! The food eventually arrived 2 hours late and it was the wrong order! We called them and explained that the order was incorrect and they assured us it was correct. Having explaining to them for 30 mins about the order I even offered to send a picture of the wrong food that was delivered. They refused this and said they would send us the correct order! but it was over an hour and nothing was delivered. I will not be ordering from Kebabish in Barkingside because the service was utterly appalling and having paid a full amount and receiving the order they did not compensate for their mistake also for misleading us and saying they would send the original order again without any payment which...

I usually purchase a mixed grill from Best BBQ on Barkingside High Street. It usually cost me £17 and it is a very large portion that is incredibly tasty.

Paradise Kababish is a new restaurant that has opened on the Barkingside High Street. I thought I would give it a try to see what they are like.

I was amazed that the mix grill cost £27 which is £10 more than what I usually pay (to feed three adults). We had no rice, or chips (which is usually given with a mixed grill) as a side and they gave you the smallest amount of salad that you could ever imagine.

To top it all off, the chicken was undercooked and the kebab rolls had too much ginger in them.

I don’t know whether the delivery man dropped the box on the way to the house, but the presentation was appalling (trust me I’m not that picky).

I think you should save yourself some money and order your food elsewhere. Overpriced, poorly cooked food that taste terrible. I don’t see this place lasting long. Save yourself the money and the aggravation and...
