I’m being so serious when I say never take anyone you love to Kaspas in Norbury. I thought it would be a cute little treat—just some ice cream and vibes—but now my sister is a whole different person, and I don’t think she’s ever coming back.
It started off fine. We ordered some ice cream, nothing crazy. It looked good, I’m not gonna lie. She was excited, I was excited—life was good. But the second she took that first bite, everything changed. Within minutes, it’s like the sugar hit her bloodstream too fast. She started twitching, talking too much—like, way too much—and couldn’t sit still. At first, I thought she was just hyped from the sugar, but bro…it never stopped.
It’s been weeks, and she’s still on this never-ending sugar rush. She doesn’t sleep properly anymore. I walked into her room at 2 AM, and she was doing cartwheels. She hums random songs under her breath like she’s in her own world, and if I even mention Kaspas, her eyes light up like she’s addicted. She’s always saying she feels nauseous, but somehow, she still craves more.
It’s not even funny at this point. She can’t focus on anything for more than 5 minutes, and even our dog is scared of her. My mum’s worried, I’m worried—we’re all scared. Whatever they put in that ice cream is not normal.
Please, if you care about your family, don’t risk it. It’s not worth it. I wanted to treat my sister to something nice, and now she’s permanently wired and always feels sick. Kaspas in Norbury is dangerous—consider this...
Read moreWe recently placed an order through Uber Eats, Order no. 81679 which included fettuccine crepes and a Bueno brownie stack. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
Our order was delivered without any cutlery, making it very difficult for us to eat—especially since we are staying at an Airbnb and do not have access to extra utensils. This lack of basic service completely ruined the experience for us.
We called your shop immediately after receiving the order, and the person who answered the phone was unprofessional and rude. Instead of offering a solution or even showing basic courtesy, he said, “It’s not my fault if you’re living in a hotel.” This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your business.
If your staff is not properly trained in handling customer issues with respect and empathy, it seriously damages your reputation. If u can’t train your staff with basics standards tell me, I will teach him professionally and teach him how to communicate with respect. We were left eating with our hands, which is honestly a disgrace for a restaurant offering such food.
We hope you take this feedback seriously and train your staff to handle such situations more professionally in the future. We would appreciate a response or some form...
Read moreI don't like to give bad reviews but I didn't have a good experience here, although the waiter did offer to give me another desert, he did however approach first asking for us to give them 5 stars so that when i mentioned my dissatisfaction with my desert, however I finished it all cause I didn't want to waste food. I had a strawberry shortcake sundae and honestly it tasted quite old. This review is only constructive criticism as I feel they can improve significantly. My jaani also had a bad experience here today, madiha didn't replace her order and she had an old desert too. The sweet rice balls tasted like cheese on a farm. I hope they can improve as they are one of the main desert parlours in norbury. I might have to go urban chocolatier next time.
I'm not sure how this place has such high reviews, it must be due to the waiter requesting 5 stars alot.
All the...
