Firstly I’d like to say if I could give ZERO stars I would… 😁, I went in at 18:00 with my family and used the computers to order but the system used looks like it’s from the 90s so gave up on that and joined the queue of other customers, waited behind two customers before me only for the boy(staff) to tell the first customer “will be with you in a second” 15 minutes went by and then called over again by the customer only to be told by the same boy(staff) be with you in a second, at which point I stepped in and asked when will the it be a “second” to which he smiled and disappeared to the back of shop, I believe the manager popped out looked at the queue then went back into his office, when we finally where served and paid, I had to wait over 45 minutes for my order even though I was told it would be 10 minutes, the three girls that were processing the orders they were clearly choosing to pack the smaller orders, when asked by several customers and stating been waiting over 30 minutes for the food the girls looked smiled and just looked back away from the customers,
I paid £50 for my order my food was given to me but only half of it when I questioned them for the rest of my order they said that was all I ordered then I showed them my receipt and they looked at me and sighed as if I had asked them for extra, then one by one they passed me my full order,
Honestly everyone working in this KFC should be sacked especially the manager who can’t keep his staff in order and if not sacked then they need to be re-trained to uphold KFC’s reputation…
Until then I don’t think anyone should go here if you do then good luck to everyone who does just don’t go...

This absence caused significant inconvenience as there was confusion about how to place an order, and it disrupted the smooth flow of the ordering process. Not all customers are comfortable using self-service kiosks or mobile apps, and having a staffed counter is a basic expectation in a quick-service restaurant.
A physical counter with staff to assist customers ensures efficient service, accommodates people who may need assistance, and enhances the overall experience. Without it, customers are left frustrated and feel neglected.
I kindly request that you address this issue by ensuring counters are available and staffed for customers who prefer or need personal assistance. KFC has always been known for its commitment to quality and service, and I hope this feedback helps maintain those standards.

Read moreExceptionally poor service. Visited this KFC on Friday 7th Feb. Ordered 4 kids meals and 2 box meals at 18.13, order number 5141. Requested table service. After waiting 25 mins I went to the counter to find out what was going on as I had seen several people who had ordered after me already receive their orders. The lady at the counter, Farah, was nice and quickly started getting my order ready. She was also nice enough to say that the ice creams would melt while the kids are so she asked me to come back up after the kids had eaten the meal and she will give me the ice cream then. Didn't get an apology for having to wait 30 minutes for fast food nor any explanation why. Also, didn't actually get table service, had to bring the food to the table myself.
The food was not hot, some parts of the burger were not even warm. Chicken wings hardly had any chicken on them and the zinger burger didn't really have any Zing to it.
When we arrived it was relatively quiet, but the tables that had been vacated had not been cleaned and rubbish was all over the tables.
Honestly, wished I had gone next door to McD.
Without better service, staff and efficiency, expect more reviews like this.
I have always loved KFC but this has left a bitter...
