Having read some of the recent reviews, I can confirm that this doesn't appear to be a tight operation. I did have to send a QB w cheese back for not having pickles and onions. It was replaced fairly quickly without fuss, which is good. Now the 2nd one looked liked it had onions added at assembly, which is not actually what is supposed to happen anymore but obv this is hard to verify with certainty. Patties are overcooked, I believe they are using a higher cooking temp now but this reduces margin for timing errors I think. Cheeseburger patty was very thin, idk if this is due to the overcooking or skimpflation but it was a poor show. Fries were overdone - they weren't bad by any means, but they weren't quite at the McDs level and were undersalted. Nugs and Apple Pie were fine. Yeah, would probably not go there again. I've only eaten in 3 UK McDs in the past year - Luton Airport Parkway, Ealing & here. Ealing was definitely the best of the 3.

I recently visited McDonald’s with the hope of enjoying a quick and satisfying meal, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. While the service was reasonably fast and the staff were polite, the food quality left a lot to be desired. The main item I ordered was noticeably small in size, which made the meal feel more like a snack than a proper portion. More disappointing, however, were the fries. They lacked the usual crispness and freshness that McDonald’s is known for, and tasted bland and underwhelming. I understand that fast food isn’t always perfect, but consistency in quality is important—especially from such a well-known brand. I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but I do hope McDonald’s takes more care in maintaining food standards in future.

This McDonald’s gives the impression of being quite large from the outside, but once inside, the seating area is actually quite limited, which makes it less comfortable if you’re planning to dine in. It can feel crowded, especially during busy hours. As for the food, the burgers were decent and tasted as expected — consistent with the McDonald’s standard. However, the fries were overcooked and far too hard, which really took away from the overall meal as they lacked the usual crisp yet fluffy texture. Service was average, nothing particularly good or bad, and the restaurant itself was generally clean. Overall, it’s fine for a quick bite if you’re passing by, but not the best McDonald’s experience in London.

Placed an order at 4:09am. Within the space of the 2 hours ,which me and 3 other people had been waiting for our order, 6 different people had told us the order was en route, and that was a complete lie because it never turned up. A delivery driver even had the cheek to say she was in her car and would be 5 minutes to which she then admitted it was a lie and the food was taking too long to make and she then proceeded to hang up the call and any future calls I tried to make . I had then called Mcdonalds to question where my order was and that I had been waiting over an hour and didn’t expect to waste almost £40 and the food would come cold , the manager ioana had told me she couldn’t be bothered to remake the order( that had been sat in a hot hold waiting for a driver for over an hour almost 2 ) because that would mean she had to turn a different machine on. I explained that as a manager she should of taken the executive decision to either 1) not turn the machines off knowing there is a chance the food may had to of been remade because they knew the driver hadn’t arrived or 2) even had the decency to give me a phone call and explain the drivers kept cancelling and the food would be taking 2 hours or 3) had better customer service and offered me something to replace my order if she couldn’t bothered to re make it. I then spoke to a different member of staff (didn’t get her name) and she was saying how it’s inconvenient for them to have to switch the machines back on and there was nothing they wanted to do for me, and then she passed me back to ioana and she hung up my call. I was told SEVERAL times by 2 members of staff at McDonald’s , 2 of the delivery drivers and even the agent from Uber eats app, that my order was on its way. As someone who works in a restaurant I am disgusted with how I have been disrespected and deceived this is not good customer service in any way I would not even give it one star. Am awaiting someone to contact me as soon as possible. Would avoid this branch as staff members clearly do not care for there customers they are only there for the pay check, as they ‘can’t be bothered’ to make their paying customers happy as it is...

Out of the two visits at the Alperton McDonald's drive thru, I've had two incorrect orders handed, and only realising when I reached home. So I've ordered 2 breakfast meals. The first visit, they forgot 1 hash brown, disappointing but I managed to last on the egg mcmuffin. A few days later, I thought I'd order again and collect as I was picking up a collection near the same area, Aplerton. This time I got home and opened my egg mcmuffin to find not only was the extra egg (normally 40p upgrade) missing, but there was no egg in the muffin. This was most annoying, to find the muffin bare, only the bread!! Since this was now beyond my tolerance, I returned to the restaurant, and it's just gone past 11am so breakfast isn't served. Pop quiz, what do you do when you want breakfast. Now there's a policy, so fine I followed that. The manager offers a refund for the missing eggs in the mcmuffin. I'm not being unreasonable, but the least that could be offered is a meal like a burger for the mishap that was caused by the staff, and timing. Now some may argue I should check the meal at the drive-thru, but I'm not going to unwrap each item and check the contents, that should be the quality control and responsibility of the restaurant. Anyway, the staff at this location seem incompetent and I've since switched to another location which have been consistent and accurate. Well done Greenford team, shame on the...

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the behavior of one of your Manager (Noorus). Unfortunately, I encountered rude and unprofessional behavior that made my experience uncomfortable.

The Manager Noorus the words that were rude, , "raised their voice when I asked a for delivery," he didn't give me and told I'll not give do whatever U want do as well as he came to me and told get out from my store this is my store also told me if U in my country I'll break you. This lack of courtesy and respect was completely unexpected and left a negative impression of your business. This manger is think that he is the superior, even he don't know how to speak with the delivery driver.

As a delivery driver, I expect a high standard of service and respect, and I believe that addressing this issue would help improve the overall customer and delivery drivers experience. I hope you will consider providing additional training to ensure your manager Noorus treated with respect and professionalism.

I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but it is important for your Manager (Noorus) to maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards delivery drivers at all times. I hope you will look into this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure this type of behavior is not repeated in the future.

Thank you for your attention...
