Me and my sons have visited this store many times using the drive thru and have had our share of orders going wrong thing like ordering a cheese burger with no salad and getting a bun with just cheese in it or chips missing wrong burgers anyway about 10 of the last 15 visits there have been mistakes and when you would have to turn around and go back the time and petrol not worth it my boys make jokes out of visiting this store thats how often it happens this time we thought we would sit in as this is the only eatery near here we Ordered by the new screens when the order came to the table 1 item was missing we had thought it was our mistake so we ordered the missing sandwich on the screen again after checking the bill we noticed it wasn't our mistake it was the one of the staff fault So we spoke with one member of the staff which was very polite and professional replace the item with our ordered item We sat there all awaiting for the other sandwich to be brought over for about 45min and the had enough we went up to the counter to be told that staff had walked around checking twice with the sandwich and couldn't find us even though we had be watching all the time as there was 5 of us and not one saw any one at all with the sandwich they had lied to us that got me angry on leaving we tidied the table and put the rubbish in the bin my boys are aged between 6 and 10 as they put the rubbish in the bin a member of the staff shouted at them in a rude way that scared them because they had put the cups in the wrong place my children do not want to go back to...
Read moreThis Mc Donald's, which is a franchise McDonalds, was the worst McDonald's I have encountered for a long time. We order via 'touch screen's and paid via card, therefore make refunds a massive hassle. We waited and waited and waited for at least 40 minutes. The food was presented to us at our table and the server quickly left. However one of our item was missing, so one of our group went to ask the serving staff for the missing burger, the rest of our small group realised the food was cold, not just cooling, but cold burgers already taking the appearance they were in a fridge, the chips were also soggy hard and cold. We went to complain and finally the manager intervened and replaced our cold food with lukewarm which is McDonald's standard temperature. Although this was now an hour after our original order. The staff appeared "blasé" about any complaint or actually talking to a human customer. Perhaps they were too wrapped up in 'delveroo' & 'uber's collection plus the drive through to worry about insignificant human customers inside there McDonald's restaurant. I ordered three hot drinks via the drive-thru, and to my surprise, I was asked to park and wait for an extended period, even though it was just drinks. After enduring over a 15-minute wait, I had to walk into the store to inquire about my order. To make matters worse, the drinks I received were not just lukewarm; they were downright cold. When I pointed out this issue to the manager, Zac, he apologised but shockingly refused to issue a refund. His excuse was that the cash register had already been closed, even though I had paid by card. Despite our dissatisfaction and the fact that there were three of us, Zac offered a meager consolation of just one complimentary item. We declined his offer and settled for replacement drinks, which, to our dismay, turned out to be cold yet again.
