McDonald's — Restaurant in London

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the newly opened McDonald's restaurant, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were attentive and efficient in taking my order. The service was exceptional, with a genuine willingness to accommodate any requests.

What pleasantly surprised me the most was the unexpectedly high quality of the food. The burgers were perfectly cooked, the fries were hot and crispy, and even the salads tasted fresher than I had anticipated. It's clear that this McDonald's is striving to elevate its standards, delivering a satisfying meal that goes beyond the usual fast-food expectations.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting, with modern décor and comfortable seating, making it a great place to enjoy a meal or catch up with friends. The cleanliness and organization were commendable, adding to the overall positive experience.

I was happy that there was a local McDonald's that is a few blocks away, so my family decided to order mainly from there. Their food is fantastic and tastes better than the previous franchise we went to, which was located in 144 High St (Ruislip, HA4 8LJ).

However, no problems were encountered at all, but I'd say one issue... We ordered Maccies through the app system and the order was perceived, but they didn't include the items I have granted, they didn't put my McChicken in, so I was left with my chips and nuggets. My mum offered me her burger (it was a Mayo Chicken) and I just had that along with my items. The service is not the best as they can be a bit forgetful, but they are humans at the end of the day, working hard and tired and stressed.

The environment around was formal, it was straight forward and pleasant, it was quiet too and can be busy depending on the weekday. I do have one request for the future of this franchise and wish that they add outside seating.

Well, I picked up my daughter from nursery, went to get happy meal for her to takeout. While waiting for the food, Ive noticed that one lady is handling her personal phone in food making area, she handed the phone to other guy on a burger section. Once I saw it I got really annoyed and it’s just DISGUSTING. Ive asked the lady at front for her manager and guess what, the lady handling the phone was the MANAGER (Sima) . Ive confronted the manager saying it’s absolutely unacceptable and that she should know better. I wouldn’t bother so much typing this monologue but guess again I didn’t get an apology instead an attitude , which is completely out of order. After confronting her she told the guy to wash his hand, either way it didn’t matter as the section was already cross contaminated with bacteria/faeces from the phone.
