On the 25/2/21 at around 10.45pm a woman called Paris served me. She was extremely rude, lacked customer service and inept in doing her job. I placed an order for 20 nuggets, I requested for them to be freshly made when I placed the order. As I arrived at the collection point, I reconfirmed that my nuggets were freshly made. Parisâ response was âif you wanted them freshly made you should have asked earlierâ, it is succinct Paris needs training as her response not only lacks politeness but demonstrates her lack of ability to concoct a sentence together which illustrates courtesy when dealing with customers. For future guidance, Paris should ask customers if they requested freshly made nuggets instead of assuming that customers did not ask for it. After Parisâ poor service, I was asked to wait in bay 1 at approximately 10.47pm. I waited and waited nobody came, it had been over 15 minutes; I saw that McDonaldâs had shut. They turned off the lights and shut the drive way. I was panicking as I had paid for food but not received it. I got out of my car and was knocking on the window, all of the McDonaldâs staff (who were cleaning up at the time) ignored me, they could clearly see me distressed but not one of them attended to me. I then ran around the back (drive through windows) I was ignored again! Finally, Paris opened the window and said âwe havenât forgotten about youâ; no apology for the delay or the stress and panic she caused. Paris was rude again for the second time and made me feel like I was insane for running to the window. I was told to wait again in my car, I waited another 7 minutes, in total I waited over 25mins to get my food and received unacceptable service. When the food arrived the nuggets were drenched in oil and chips soggy, cold and unsalted, I couldnât eat it. Not only did I feel like an animal chasing food but squandered my money. I was sitting at the table and she came saying that I can get a free burger next time if Iâll register my receipt following a link . Iâve said that Iâm not eating so often at McDonalds so Iâm fine not to do it . But she insisted and Iâve decided to do this hopping that she will go . Once Iâve accessed the link , she started to tell me what I should choose from the survey (higher rates about my experience at McDonalds, about staff , service , food etc ) .
Few times she disagreed with my choices and tried to write it for me , I said to her that I can do it myself . At the end , there was some space to write a review and I decided to skip that part , she tried to take my phone from my hands to type . I saw her behaviour and I said that I donât want to finish with this , but she said why , you are at the end of the survey ?
In my opinion , thatâs not a normal way to obtain a positive feedback . Acting like this, shows how unprofessional you are . The feedback is optional , and there is no one who can force you to write there what you want . We are not in...

I waited there for almost 10 mins, no one really cared about my order. At last I went to the counter asked one of the member of staff if someone was following my order, this staff looked at my receipt and brought melted ice cream and said to me " You order 3 Apple Pie right?" He has the danm receipt on his hand and still asked me. First it wasn't that busy as hell. Second if order is not ready then why they prepare ice cream first and the pie would take 7 mins to be prepare. The way the staff was trained unprofessional. No apology no thank you not even looking at customer while talking. Was treated like second class customer. Recently I have found McDonald's customer service has gone so much down and the service is very slow. This computer pre order system and Uber Eat taking all the order. McDonalds are more concern with their takeaway orders than customers at the restaurant. Seems like they don't enjoy facing customer physically nowadays.
