Dear Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service experience encountered during our visit to Nando's South Ruislip, which has been a cherished dining destination for our family.
Unfortunately, our recent visit was marred by an unpleasant encounter with a staff member named Aarleah, who was responsible for taking our order at the front desk. Regrettably, Aarleah's demeanor was perceived as rude, arrogant, and dismissive, leading to a significant degradation in our dining experience ( she even threw our Nando’s reward card on to the table without returning it to us courteously) Her treatment of customers was highly unprofessional and contrary to the service standards we have come to expect from Nando's.
The concerning aspect is the apparent tolerance of such behavior by the branch management. I am puzzled as to why individuals exhibiting such demeanor are retained in customer-facing roles. Even if Aarleah's responsibilities extend beyond the front desk, her attitude could potentially influence other team members negatively, impacting overall service quality.
I strongly urge a review of the CCTV footage pertaining to our visit, which occurred between 9:20 PM and 9:30 PM (as indicated on our receipt timestamped at 9:25 PM). While Branch Manager Sandy was not available during our visit, I conveyed my dissatisfaction to the acting manager present at the time.
I am a loyal patron of Nando's and would like to emphasize that such encounters tarnish the brand's reputation and may dissuade customers from returning. I sincerely hope that proactive measures are taken to address this issue and prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Read moreI visited Nando’s South Ruislip today for my daughters birthday meal we turned up last minute for a table of 7 and Joseph accommodated us straight away he was more than happy to help I explained that we were waiting for a few others to arrive and he said no problem and he would have our table ready for us when they arrived and true to his word the table was cleaned and ready as soon as we walked in the door we was very friendly and approachable and stated if there was anything else I needed he would be happy to help My son is autistic as am I and we both suffer with noise sensitivity which basically means loud noises can be unbearable and uncomfortable I explained to him that my son who is 6 was finding the music very unbearable as it was quite loud he immediately got the music turned down to a reasonable level and offered to move us to a booth/quieter table he was amazing and never in my life have I had such a great service in a Nando’s before and I visit many Nando’s restaurants on a regular basis He went above and beyond for me and my party and I could not be more grateful as a company u should be proud to have joseph as a employee and more Nando’s employees should follow in his foot steps if he is not managing his own Nando’s restaurant in the near future it would be a shame as he is a great asset to the Nando’s South Ruislip restaurant and Nando’s as a brand so many thanks joseph Florentino and thank you nandos Ruislip give this...
Read moreI’m sure this branch is normally good however during the present situation with #COVID and social distancing the experience I had this evening was abysmal \ I ordered a takeaway online for click & collect and followed the instructions as per the screen shot below on the receipt. arrived 19: 53 & waited on the demarcated floor stickers but at around 20:05 it became clear as the crowd accumulated that no staff were coming out to check on the people outside the door so had to go in and ask! My order had been sitting in the warmer all this time and no one managing this.... it also seemed some people collecting takeaways had the whole extended family with them too. no face coverings either, Further contributing to the gathering crowd outside. So pretty much a FAIL for Nandos this time round might have to forward this post to LBC radio for good measure. Don’t think this branch deserves to be open at this trying time as the few customers they have don’t seem to be taken into consideration...
