The first thing - my food arrived 30minutes late and it was cold - even though I was told over the phone that my food will arrive hot. I ordered penne rigate with chicken - and I did not get any chicken inside AT ALL. Also, I found a wooden stick inside my pollo valdostana. I called the restaurant, and I told the lady about everything. She offered me another two portions as a recompense and I agreed to that. A few minutes later I received a call from someone who said "is the boss" and he started to shout at me and asked if I ever order anything and if do I even know how does this food look like. He said I'm the first person who has any problem and he won't do anything. He didn't give me any chance to say anything because he was shouting all the time and then he hangs up. I do not recommend this place at all - poor management and organisation. I do understand that mistakes are happening but I did not deserve this kind of behaviour.

It wasn’t until we phoned them back that a lady told us that their minimum order for delivery was £15 (which our order was) but she had forgotten to add 2 pizzas. Instead of the lady apologising she started to tell us that we’re in the wrong because we have given the wrong order. I explained that if she wasn’t intending to deliver because the order was under £15 then she wouldn’t have taken my delivery address or she should have phoned us to tell us that it wouldn’t be delivered instead of making that false promise.
