Pomodoro Rosso — Restaurant in London

The first thing - my food arrived 30minutes late and it was cold - even though I was told over the phone that my food will arrive hot. I ordered penne rigate with chicken - and I did not get any chicken inside AT ALL. Also, I found a wooden stick inside my pollo valdostana. I called the restaurant, and I told the lady about everything. She offered me another two portions as a recompense and I agreed to that. A few minutes later I received a call from someone who said "is the boss" and he started to shout at me and asked if I ever order anything and if do I even know how does this food look like. He said I'm the first person who has any problem and he won't do anything. He didn't give me any chance to say anything because he was shouting all the time and then he hangs up. I do not recommend this place at all - poor management and organisation. I do understand that mistakes are happening but I did not deserve this kind of behaviour.

Worst place to order from. Worst customer service ever received. They got our order wrong and made us wait an hour thinking they will deliver. It wasn’t until we phoned them back that a lady told us that their minimum order for delivery was £15 (which our order was) but she had forgotten to add 2 pizzas. Instead of the lady apologising she started to tell us that we’re in the wrong because we have given the wrong order. I explained that if she wasn’t intending to deliver because the order was under £15 then she wouldn’t have taken my delivery address or she should have phoned us to tell us that it wouldn’t be delivered instead of making that false promise. She told us to “get our stories straight” and accused myself and my husband of being liars. I have the conversation on record because never have I been so appalled and disgusted by such a rude member of staff. She refused to give me her name or pass me to a manager. AVOID AT...

This is a reply to the rude staff or owner of this place as on Uber eats I cannot respond and the person didn’t bother to sign name or position so here you go. Reply I’ve got to my cold pizza order: “ next time I will send the pizza oven to you! Complain at uber drivers we work in partner with uber same time take very long specially rush hours. My self recommend self collection.“

I’m a customer, not an inspector. I DO NOT care why my order has arrived cold as plate, that’s for YOU to sort out with your delivery partner. I pay for product and I want it fresh. Simple math. Your comment about pizza oven says it all, customer service -2. Thanks for suggesting to collect, if I wanted to collect I’d, but the solution is simple - I won’t order from you anymore, just because of your fishy attitude.
