Rooster's Chicken Isleworth — Restaurant in London

Sorry but I have to review this place as I feel seriously annoyed and cheated. I just bought food from this place for family, about £35 on chicken chips popcorn chicken etc, but I was throughly disappointed in the food as was everyone else, so much so we’ve thrown more than half of it away. Firstly the chicken - freshly cooked so can’t say it’s old or anything as some have said, but boy was the chicken a waste of money! As you can see on other pics in this review page the chicken is first beige with a weird coating with no seasoning - not crispy, not tasty just disappointing. What is used in this weird coating? Then it seems that whatever seasoning they didn’t use on the chicken they put it all over their chips. Maybe their hand slipped when putting the salt on the chips, but I suppose they tried to make up for the lack of seasoning on the chicken lol.

Finally I waited almost half an hour for the privilege of this -but fair enough they were busy so someone must enjoy their food - sorry to the owners but won’t be...

Roosters has saved my life on so many occasions. These lads go above and beyond the call of duty to keep their customers satisfied. Every other local bossman is usually shut somewhere between 10pm and midnight, which is fair enough, it's still a lengthy trading day. But you've gotta hand it to the Roosters boys. 2 o'clock in the morning these guys are open 'til. No one expected it of them. No one asked them to do that.

They did it because they know them one's where you're like "Let's order food" but then keep putting it off. You look at your watch and you're sat there thinking, "how is it 12:47?" Nowhere's open any more. Everything's shut. This is the meaning of despair.

If you're expecting the creme de la creme of places to eat, you probably took a wrong turn on the way to Richmond. But you know what? This team make a decent bit of grub and they've never let me down.

I ordered lamb donnar wrap with chips on my uber app unfortunately the wrap was bit soggy but as soon as I gave my review about the wrap was not up to standard they sent me message saying they are happy to send me new order... I already ate it but still the thought of them trying to resend the order was really nice. I highly recommend this shop and most importantly this shop opens till late. I have been a customer of this shop since 2015 and I had never bad food from them and don't get me wrong when I said the wrap was soggy and not up to standard because I am used to get really good quality of food from them. But it's not the shop fault because my delivery driver had other jobs before coming to me I guess it happened like that. But still I will the regular to this amazing place.
