It’s billed as a hotel in 3rd party online booking sites but it’s really a PUB & INN; an old Brit šŸ‡¬šŸ‡§tradition. Having lived in the UK in a previous life, I’m totally familiar with this business concept and like the feel of itšŸ˜Ž. I cannot speak to the pub and grub services here because I didn’t go for drinks. However, it’s worth noting that it’s smoke-free indoors šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘, and the staff are quite friendly. The accommodation is a very small room, even by UK/London standard (I’m a seasoned traveler), the en suite washroom is smaller than my closet…BUT 1. it’s very clean with daily housekeeping šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘; the shower, wash sink, and the toilet are clean dry each morning. Towels and basic toiletry changed daily. 2. The bed is comfy, 3. strong reliable WiFišŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘, and 4. a kettle for coffee/tea. 5. There’s a separate entrance to the accommodations after the pub closes. 6. There’s adequate hot English breakfast (without the black pudding), coffee, some cereals and some fresh fruit. The downsides: 1. There’s no lift do🫤 2. Very narrow stairs 3. No AC 🫤🫤🫤 - a dehumidifier and a column fan are provided but not sufficient on a hot London nights these days - there’s a heat radiator and a heated drying rack. 4. Filtered coffee for breakfast🤨🤨🤨 - filtered drip coffee removes all the essential oils an aroma - Ironically, there’s an espresso maker in the dining area but not used for breakfasts?!

The staff here, call out to Natalie, Fey, Kie (both of them), Krystal Joe & Stuart, are exceptional. There were a few issues, everywhere will have them, but they did what was needed to correct them expeditiously. The pub is a ton of fun with regulars that made my stay even better. Karaoke, a friendly game of poker and breakfast included make this a great place for the solo traveller such as myself. Thank you Stuart for my breakfast eggs and Kie for my evening bites. To the gals who help keep my room tidy and keep me in tea, Julia, Susan and Katherine…thank you for everything Their pub food is good. Breakfast is included. The wings, calamari and chips were great! They made me a special curry; most delicious Spent ten nights here and on my return will spend more. Meet the most incredible people, some regulars at the bay, some fellow travellers like myself…all will be remembered!! All in all; a good choice.

I stayed at Milford Arms and have to say that I loved it! Near Heathrow, the underground, the area was really nice, safe to come back late at night. The bedroom was warm and comfy. My booking included breakfast which, BTW was superb, well-assorted and fresh. Lots of love and care in the details to show Britishness in every corner of the Inn and the pub. About the pub, don't miss a Football night, their famous pizzas or in case you like music there is a live show on Thursdays night and different options every day. You can find Sunday Roast and the typical fish and chips. The pub is greatly managed, everybody is nice and corteous. Thanks Jerry and team! You rock it!

My son and I stayed here for 2 nights for the Rugby Premiership Final. ||||My review and rating is based on our requirement for this trip ||||We flew into Heathrow and we wanted a location that was close to picadilly tube and close to twickenhan and this fitted the bill as it was a short walk from both.||||We got a tube into Central London the night before the match for food and drinks, 40 mins into town on one tube so perfect ||||Nice clean pub, myself and my son had a few pints in the bar after the match and played pool with the locals. Good friendly atmosphere, the fact we lost the pool probably helped lol.||||Breakfast was adequate and the ladies on breakfast couldn't help enough.||||There was a lunch/Dinner menu but we ate out so cannot comment that.||||Our room was a twin at the front of the pub, traffic didn,t bother us. Room was a little on the bijou side but clean with clean linen. single beds were the 2'4 size so a bit narrow, as you can imagine as one ex and one current tight five rugby players this meant it was a bit tight but slept well and bed was comfy as long is I didn't roll over.||||Bathroom again clean and tidy with walk in shower with good pressure.||||All in all, good stay good location for what we required and will likely stay again for next years final.||||Only giving 4 due to the small nature of the...
