I have had dinner at Rouge lots of times and every time the meals have been great. The menu is prepared and made by the students at the college. You are served by students who are studying front of house roles overseen by Donna the manager. This being said you must come to the restaurant with an expectation that the students are learning and you should allow a degree of patience as a result.
